Jensen did a fantastic job preparing our ice cream! I say preparing because he serves it with flair. It was so much fun watching our ice cream take flight as he plated it. His energy and presentation made the experience even more enjoyable. Thanks for an amazing experience, Jensen! 🍨✨

Jensen was great at making the ice creams we picked out and even putting some flare to it!! So many great flavors and toppings to choose from!!

Karyme has the best service, I walked in not knowing what to get as I’ve been to cold stone only twice now. She helped me through the menu and I found my favorite ice cream here now. Was also patient with me as I’m very picky so not a lot of people like to wait but she went above and beyond with helping me out today. 10/10000 definitely recommend coming back here looking forward to the next visit.

returning customer here, bought a cake last time. This time touring around parts of international drive and decided to walk in cold stone. Busy towards closing I’m assuming this is how Saturdays go but staff got the line through in the blink of an eye next thing I know I’m next! Two very kind girls helped me navigate my order and gave me awesome service. Will be exploring more of international drive area but will definitely come back.

Curly hair guy and glasses women Latina, both are so mean to customers. I brought my 5 friends to get ice cream and my dad birthday was tmr as well so bought a cake but the writer wasn’t here apparently so they were being mean and arguing saying we can’t wait for him or…… I also called and made sure they had a person to do it for us. And when we got here they just made us wait. It was a simple thing to write happy birthday. I’m never visiting cold stone especially this location.

didn’t put 2 of the toppings i wanted in, and was so busy people kept skipping and they don’t have it organized, and i got charged for the toppings they didn’t put. horrible experience

MADE OUR ENTIRE VACATION. Me and my friend are here from out of state, seeing the Midnight concert at House of Blues. We stopped by Coldstone to get her favorite German Chocolate ice cream, and Austin absolutely blew our minds. He did my friends like this, but he didn’t have someone catch it! It was incredible! He flipped it AND caught it himself! This kid needs a raise, he had everyone in the lobby watching! Totally captivated kids! Thank you Austin! And if they don’t give you a raise, I know plenty of ice cream places that would pay you a mint!

Cold stone Creamery Good place to have live ice cream at place. They mix choice of ice cream with choice of your toppings and flavour on live cold stone. They have best ice creams i ever had in United States. Now they also launch Dubai Pistachios ice cream in store. Perfect place to have ice cream. Highly recommends.

Only this place not good to eat icecream there they are not professional.

Staff were pleasant and very efficient (it got very busy for 2 staff and while we were enjoying our order and th we y kept up).

Always a fun place. So good on taste buds and on waist line!
