Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
No strong feelings in these 21 reviews — the ratings sit low and steady. The state of the room tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 4.0 stars. How guests are treated is the next most common subject, in 33% of reviews (averaging 3.6).
More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 8 of 18. A third strand, whether it is worth the money, appears in 29% of them at 3.3 stars. The split is 10 positive to 5 negative across 18 rated reviews, with 3 in the middle.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (96/100) with 1 intermediate and 1 basic violations. That result dates from October 30, 2025. That puts it ahead of 66% of graded kitchens in Orange County. What the inspector actually wrote up: handwash sinks accessible and garbage and refuse.
Neither signal is decisive on its own here, which is why both are shown. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

The room was ni e. The door stuck a little. The workers were nice and kind. They do charge for parking and I though the transportation offered for shuttle services was a bit expensive, but it is convenient.
-
Clean hotel. Free breakfast. Shuttle available will pick up to this hotel and the other across. Not a lot of fast food in walking distance.
-
Recently stayed one night for an early morning flight with two children. Front desk was super sweet and answered all of our questions. Clean rooms & the shuttle got me to and from the airport on the same day.!

Overall was a good stay. We have stayed at this hotel for years and we never had a negative stay. Always Friendly staff at the front desk and allowed me to check-in early. (Going to)Airport shuttle service was great and on time. Rooms were very clean (older setting) and comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean. On (Return from vacation) Very convenient from the airport with a shuttle service . Breakfast was ok. On 05/06/2026: I've/we stayed in this hotel for years every time while going/coming from vacation and parking the car during the vacation was good per day/night. Now the parking fees are much higher ($15.00 a day +tax) if you park during the vacation, can't justify the price increased. It used to be a great combination with airport shuttle, hotel stay, park, + extended parking. Now it may be better just hotel stay and use other parking business (WallyPark, etc))for extended parking. On 05/17/2026 evening we got pick by the hotel shuttle from the airport. The driver did not help loading the luggage, he just opened the back door and pointed to where the luggage suppose to be place and he did the same once we got to the hotel, big time RBF. He probably had a bad day, but as a driver he should be more friendly. Funny because above of the front passenger windshield it says "Tips are appreciated", for what, for having a bad day or an RBF? Sorry Sherlock. The price when you book the hotel room on line it's less, but when you check-in the price will be higher even know that you…

Convenient for both the airport and local buses plus a short distance from Sand Lake Road station on the SunRail system. Everything was perfectly fine with this stay. Room was large with king size bed, desk, sofa and bathroom. Good to see soap and shampoo dispensers. Coffee machine as well. WiFi worked well. Average complimentary breakfast with an egg and meat hot items. Waffle maker. I used the airport shuttle to take me there and was very well handled by the driver. ||Just one criticism. As a rule, I never leave tips for the room cleaning in hotels. This is consistent around the world. All staff ought to be paid a living wage and when the room price goes up due to surge pricing, none of that extra money of mine goes to the staff. A bit dismayed by a sheet on the desk with a QR code was left to both pay by card for a tip or leave cash.

Maria at the front desk was very unprofessional after I told her a hour before the hour of 11am on 5/8 that I was waiting on the shuttle. As I went to the desk at 11:15 and politely asked Where was the shuttle, she loudly stated we called y'all several times and was very argumental and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel.

Front desk staff was pleasant, room was clean, but door was hard to open. The hotel just seemed like it had seen better days. We used the hot tub and a raccoon came to visit the trash can. The hot tub and pool are located outside and there is no signage. We found it by accident because I assumed it must be near the gym. There were a lot of ants on the concrete near the hot tub, which was unpleasant. When we checked out at 3 am, there was no one at the front desk. I called out, but no one showed up. A sign indicating that someone would return shortly would have been helpful. I ended up tossing the key onto the counter and leaving. It's not a hotel I would choose again.

When I arrive to Orlando airport at night I call hotel for shuttle ride. I went over the parking number where I was told and say van said Comfort. I ask driver is this the hotel you can take me to and he simply shake his head no. I wait 20 minutes and call hotel again. say they were there 20 minutes ago. I said I did ask him and he deny on me. Of course when the driver came back it was the same driver I ask before. Now he say yes I can take you there. Huh??? This is really piss me off. I wasn't impressive. I can hear him on the phone he kept deny everything when he talk to coworker or manager. the front desk was friendly and the room was nice. Bathroom look nice and got what I need in there. I got a nice suite room. the breakfast was wonderful. so thanks. Morning shuttle ride was awesome. I won’t book this gain due to shuttle ride and long day from trip.

Flight got delayed. Checked for the nearest choice hotel. Room, very clean uncomfortable.

Horrible hotel stinks and price is higher if you call rip off

Two nights stay booked following our flight into Orlando on the first evening, so a convenient location. Bed very comfortable. Staff helpful and polite.|Our room was quite dark and had dark furniture. Vanity sink at end of room just outside the door to ensuite that had toilet and shower. Breakfast very limited especially if like me you're vegetarian but waffles, toast and yoghurt available with disposable cutlery, plates etc. sadly on our second night the air con unit in the corridor outside our room had a problem and became very noisy, so much so we were unable to sleep. Reported immediately to Reception but were told it had to remain on. They did make a small discount on price but we would have much rather had a good night's sleep as intended not just a few hours.

Carmen at the front desk was awesome!!! Thanks so much for your help.

Nice and cozy

We loved our 6 night stay. The room was so clean and tidy. Attention to detail was apparent. Every single employee was friendly, helpful and happy. Breakfast was incredible every day we were here. We had enough bedding, extra blankets and pillows galore. This hotel IS NOT run down. The staff maintain it very well. The location is perfect - right at the freeway and and quiet. We loved the hot tub after a long day out. And the pool was perfect for cooling off from the hot sun or if we got overheated in the hot tub. The AC in room worked perfectly. No bugs. No dirt. No crime. Felt very safe. 10/10 for the incredible staff.

Nice Room, can't really complain, could of had shower gel right along w/ the shampoo and lotion. The 🚿 head should of been replaced instead of taped up with a fix me up tape. Bed was comfortable, pillows not so comfortable. Breakfast njoyable.

Never stayed here. Yet they billed me. Luckily Expedia returned all my money since this hotel REFUSED too even with proof I owed nothing. Sketchy and fraudulent.
