Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
These 18 reviews are more disappointed than angry. Opinion on the state of the room is split — those reviews land at 3.2 on average. How guests are treated is the next most common subject, in 33% of reviews (averaging 3.0).
Of the 16 rated reviews, 9 sit at four stars or better and 5 at two or below. More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 6 of 16.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (97/100) with 1 intermediate violations. That result dates from May 11, 2026. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 72% of the restaurants we score. What the inspector actually wrote up: food manager certification.
The honest summary is that the evidence is mixed on both sides. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

Loved this place

Very helpful front desk.
-
Nice rooms and closest place to stay when you have a same day procedure at Advent Health.
-
Hotel was dirty walls and chairs was dirty, shower had hair in it , beds had bed bugs

The moment I entered the lobby and was warmly greeted by Kaitlyn front desk attendant , it set the whole experience! The room was just perfect and well kept. I had wonderful nights sleep on the comfy beds too. Free parking, pool /jacuzzi , and breakfast was a winner! Loved the location cause, away from all the traffic and construction around the area . I stayed 7 nights and will surely book again :)||Thank you, Gregory

The entire room shakes and vibrates at 7:30am due to the noise of the construction site next door

Service here is horrible my son is at the hospital in ICU and his uncle wanted to help me out by paying for another night and the lady Donna at the front desk was super rude to me and made it seem like I was lying. Then said the uncle who is paying has to be present if not I could not get the room. Mind you I just booked 2 nights in a row and was trying to get a 3rd night due to my sons situation and my family just wanted to pay for it. Now the room itself some what clean, beds were hard but I was there for a family emergency so it wasn’t about luxury

Nice room. Close to the Advent Hospital.
-
The location is next to the Avent Hospital, close to I-4, and restaurants. The check in was quick and the front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby and room were clean, WiFi was strong, , area looked safe, bed was comfortable, AC was cold and the tv was a decent size. Overall it was a good stay

1 minute from AdventHealth Orlando hospital, literally, already left a review on here, earlier. See around March 15, 2026, for it. Can hear the tenants in the next room, and the maid service carts noisily rolling along and chatting in the mornings before checkout. Check in & out is speedy enough, and heard their breakfast in the morning is exceptionally good.

Room was clean, very firm bed, Very few accessible parking spots, few available tv channels, breakfast buffet very nice.

Due to issues with travel tried to cancel the reservation and will be charged full price of the night with fees for a room we didn't stay in and never once saw. Tried to get a one time refund through Expedia and the hotel denied the claim stating policy. Overall left a really bad taste in my mouth in a time of need and will never suggest or recommend this hotel or it's chain to anyone

I was greeted by a couple of live roaches in bathroom in the morning.
-
J'aime bien cette chaîne d'hôtels notamment à cause de leurs déjeuners. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.
-
In town for a wedding. Staff is friendly, rooms are basic, slight funk smell, overall this is a typical 3 star hotel.
-
Stayed here close to a month altogether. Great location for the hospital. Rooms were clean and spacious
