What diners say — our read

If these 21 reviews agree on a topic, it is the staff. Reviewers who mention front-of-house rate this place 4.7 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour.

The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (16 of 20). 18 of 20 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 0 are two or lower.

On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (91/100), with 1 high-priority and 1 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. The visit behind that grade was April 13, 2026. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 46% of the restaurants we score. For specifics, the last inspection cited plumbing installed & maintained.

With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

My daughter treated me to an amazing spa day. We hung out at the hot tub & pool before our services. Shelley did my massage and it was awesome. Tracey did my body scrub and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We will be returning.

Phenomenal. Absolutely phenomenal. The service was top tier. I was there for a week-long conference. Every meal I had was exquisite and delicious. The bartenders are wonderful. The waitstaff is wonderful. Security is super cool (shout out to Joseph). The concierge is awesome (shout out to Michael). The housekeeping staff were just fabulous (shout out to Yessinia). Everything about this stay was excellent. The rooms and the grounds are beautiful. The pool was nice. I could go on and on. Zero complaints. Again, the service and spirit of the staff is just the best I have ever experienced. Thank you so much for a wonderful time.

Amazing property. If you haven't been and love luxury hotels this is a must see. 5 star all the way!

No club lounge access for titanium elite members… while a bummer, having access to both the JW and ritz pools is 🔥.

Rooms were great down to every detail. Every staff member I met was super kind and helpful.

The location and venue are amazing! However, my room had problems with the air conditioning. June in Florida without proper air conditioning is very uncomfortable. Roberto from maintenance worked diligently and professionally to restore our room to a comfortable temperature! His efforts genuinely turned our experience!!

Stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and efficient, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the grounds and amenities were genuinely impressive. The resort offers multiple dining options, all of which added to the overall experience, and the level of service throughout the property was exactly what you would expect from a luxury hotel. A special mention goes to Moses at reception, who was exceptional. He was professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay got off to the perfect start. His customer service was outstanding and is a credit to the hotel. Overall, a fantastic stay and a property I would happily return to and recommend to others visiting Orlando.

Sad bob s, found dead in hotel I am super sad 😢 I hopefully okay in heaven

The RC grande lakes is the sort of place that despite being a large property, after a few visits the staff will remember you and your preferences. Door hold instead of parking for valet? No problem. Over ride the low temp limit on the thermostat and have the AC set all the way down before you arrive? No problem. A bottle of white fir you and some Gatorade for your son as a welcome amenity? Don't even have to ask!

We stayed at the Ritz for one night before going on a cruise. We traveled from out of town and chose this hotel for predictability, as the Ritz Carlton hotels|have always been a hotel of good standard. The night vibe was spectacular with live music offered in the lounge. The musician was interactive and chatted with us on his breaks. The food at lounge was delicious…. I had the steak and fritas. |Getting right to the point, the room was fairly appointed in size, comfortable bed with crisp and what appeared to be brand new linens. However, the bathroom was dated and lackluster. It appeared the shower and sink areas were renovated in the past but the caulk was dated and washing off as the water hit it. In particular the shower tile was grungy and showed wear with black lines in between the cracks. The caulk peeling in the shower was simply disgusting. This was extremely disappointing since my primary reason for choosing this hotel was for predictability. I predicted at this price point of $700 a night, the shower experience would at minimum be comfortable. Wow, I was wrong. In this day and age where work and family life balance are important, I want to spend my money for the total package and this significantly failed short. I know the hotel has quality control staff who are paid to pay attention to things like this. I guess they overlooked this room. We didn’t mention it to management because in reading other reviews they want to apologize and promise to do better in the…

    Great experience.

My first visit to The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes was for a conference, so unfortunately I did not have much time to fully explore all the facilities the resort has to offer. Even so, it was easy to see why this property is regarded as one of Orlando’s premier luxury resorts. The resort is beautifully landscaped with a relaxing atmosphere that feels far removed from the busy theme parks nearby. I was fortunate to be given a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, which provided a pleasant view and a nice spot to unwind after a full day of meetings. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I also received vouchers for complimentary coffee and pastries each morning, which was a thoughtful touch to start the day. Although I did not get to experience the spa, golf course, or extensive recreational facilities, I enjoyed the restaurants and bars within the resort. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive to my needs throughout the stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. The only thing I felt was missing was an Executive Lounge. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member, I have come to appreciate the lounge experience at many Marriott properties, and it would have been a wonderful addition to an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes left a very positive impression on me. Despite being here primarily for business, I could easily see myself returning in the future for a proper resort getaway to fully enjoy everything this…
