The chicken died in vain in my wife's picata. It was hard like shoe leather. The mashed potatoes were full of chunks. Have eaten there before and had better experience. Had to ask for bread, it came after meal was on table. Sure it was a busy Friday but not up to snuff. Server comped my wife's meal but we really wanted a nice date nite. He seemed focused on other tables.

Eaten inside alot great service and staff was good. The one time I chose to order mmmm. Called 4 times left on hold. So. I went there to place and was told no pick up. Would have been nice to tell me on the phone THANKS ALOT

My husband and I went for dinner yesterday for father's day. The food and appetizers were delicious. Our server was amazing. I wish I remember his name. We sat by the side of the bar. We had a great time.

Had a great experience from the start. Kind of. Unfortunately my wife, inadvertently made our reservations for Saturday (bless her heart) and then after getting a notification made one for today and accidentally made the new reservation for the Naples, Florida location. However the manager on duty helped set up a table for four at the bar area and had to move a two top to a smaller table, and gracefully the couple obliged. I offered to buy them drinks for the inconvenience and the manager paid for the drinks instead. Amazing customer service. Server Jasmine was beyond amazing. She was a breath of fresh air and my wife loved her wit and humor. Food was amazing and they took care of us. This is why my wife is a member and we had 8 bottles to bring home! Love the food and service and wine!! Thank you so much for a great Fathers Day experience. We will be back soon. It was also my mother in laws bday! Happy birthday Sue!

Had a minor issue with our order and contacted the manager Joe. He was so understanding and kind. We’ve been dining here since they opened many of years ago and the food and service is always perfect. Wine selection is off the charts amazing. Highly recommended.

We loved Molly she was the best at serving us with our wine tasting. Super engaged conversation and just over great at recommending different wines and things. Will definitely be coming back to see her again soon.

I was a little upset after waiting 40mins past my reservation time to be seated. However Hillary B made up for it with her excellent service 👏. My first time at the Orlando store. I normally go to Diana point. I'd go back to see Hillary. Wonderful server. Again her attitude and attention to details saved the night. I can't thank her enough for that!!!

We are CH regulars and got our favorite waitress tonight and just had to leave her a good review because she earns it time and time again. Jasmine G is the best, super attentive, always remembers us and our orders, and always makes us laugh! Whenever we have questions about new dishes, she always takes the time to give a detailed review and never leads us astray. We selfishly hope she is our waitress every time because she makes our dining experience so amazing. Thanks Jasmine!!!!

1st time dining there this Wednesday. Was surprised that it was this crowded. As it was just me dining I was asked and gave my approval to be seated at the bar. Grouper I had was great, the drink I had was good. All in all it was a great experience. If I had a complaint it would be the pricing for a single Rum & Coke. $12 dollars is more than just a little aggressive. I will keep in mind for future food excursions

Last night was our first experience at CH/Waterford Lakes. We had a little hiccup with being seated in an acceptable [to us] table, but our server Daniela more than made up for it with her pleasant manner and good knowledge of the menu and wines - she was a delight, and a great ambassador for CH! And manager Mark was equally as kind when one of our pasta meals was delivered a bit undercooked. Our appetizers and meals were all delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing, and we didn't feel rushed whatsoever. We will certainly return.

Had a great experience at Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service really stood out. Chris went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, checking in regularly and making us feel genuinely valued as guests. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made the meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this location and appreciate the outstanding service from Chris. We’ll definitely be back!

Despite the restaurant being incredibly busy, the service was fantastic. We spent a wonderful evening at the bar enjoying great wines and delicious appetizers. A perfect spot with a team that knows how to handle a crowd

We were there for my son’s post graduation lunch. Ambience is always good and the food exquisite. The attention is phenomenal.
