Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
46% of reviews here touch on service, more than any other theme. Service tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 4.7 stars. After that, tidiness appears most often — 23% of the corpus, averaging 3.7.
A third strand, what it costs, appears in 15% of them at 4.5 stars. Older reviews score better than newer ones (3.8 recent against 4.5 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (7 reviews).
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (98/100), 2 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. DBPR last walked in on October 30, 2025. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 80% of the restaurants we score. The citations behind that grade include cross-contamination and food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.
Neither signal is decisive on its own here, which is why both are shown. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

Great food and wonderful staff.
-
Any chance to hit Culvers we do, since they are not in NEPA, one of best burgers from a burger chain hands down
-
Good food but price a a little high.

Never thought I’d have anything bad to say about Culver’s because I’ve always loved their custard. Unfortunately, this location was a huge disappointment. The problems started when they didn’t listen to my order. I ordered a chocolate malt, but was given vanilla custard with chocolate syrup mixed in instead. When I politely asked for it to be remade, it seemed like they simply added more syrup and insisted it had been redone. It still wasn’t the chocolate malt I ordered. Mistakes happen, but the lack of attention to the order and unwillingness to correct it properly was unusual and frustrating. Won’t be back. Shout out to whoever is taking care of the plants outside. The flowers are lovely.

Food was good, inside was dirty.

I generally love Culver’s, but this location is awful. I was given someone else’s drinks, was not given the fries I ordered, the burgers were over cooked, and was given a plain burger without condiments.
-
Delicious burgers.

For the last couple of times I've gone to Culver's the hamburgers have been cold. Like at least microwave it.

Service energy was on point right out of the gate. The young workers appeared to be genuinely excited to be there. The food was great too, deluxe fast faire. (Can heavily recommend the cheese curds.) Eating space and bathrooms were clean. Overall, first time experience at a Culver's wowed me. Wish we had one in my city.

Love this place! Best staff the burgers are always on point!
-
Very good food and service. These prices are good. Wish there was one in Vista lakes.

Pleasant staff. Ordered the Butter burger with cheese. Not impressed with it. Loved the onion rings. The cheese curds were ok. Since not completing my burger I ordered the Walleyed. That was very good. A bit oily but really good. The company was amazing. A person in my party said the Ruben was good. Love the Boom Boom sauce.

Every floor in the restaurant is sticky. Somebody needs to figure out how to mop correctly. Also, service was really slow. 12 minutes from order until my food was ready. It’s supposed to be fast food.
