Place is terrible. Stood there without being acknowledged by staff. Asked if we would be helped and the rude lady gave a smart answer. Just left. Seemed like chaos. Maybe a manager was missing or something.

I am so tired of ordering from the app (Blizzard) only to pick up a half way melted product. Either they're not waiting to make it when you arrive, or they are not bothering to keep them cold... I also watched the manager stats at our order in the window, do nothing, and wait for a younger member to finally step up .. I would rather save money and make my own.

This is a place I always come to. Food is great as always. But I need to bring to their attention that the floors are VERY SLIPPERY EVERYTIME when they mop their floors !!! And I come here at least 2 times per month or more!! DO BETTER FOLKS I almost freaking fell flat on the floor trying to open YOUR SUPER HEAVY bathroom door😒😒😒😤😤😤

I love their ice cream. Every time I'm in Orlando, I stop by to get one.

Although we came in more than two hours before close, staff was very rude and gave the impression that dining inside was an inconvenience to them.

My kids are always excited to got to DQ! Decent food and great ice cream for a reasonable price. This location is not far from the Little Big Econ Forrest so we always stop here for a meal/treat after a full day of recreation in the Forrest. Always friendly staff and haven't had any issues.

Stopped by drive through before starting a road trip and ordered two meals. One was fine the other was completely wrong. I noticed the drink first because I ordered the lemonade and tajin but was offered some type of ice cream and tajin. The guy replaced it with no issues. I also ordered a six piece flame thrower strip basket. There were four regular chicken strips and a child’s size fry. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch this until I started my drive and refused to turn back. Please pay attention to the tickets. It was not busy during that time and I’m not sure how the entire order was messed up. The only good thing is I’m trying to eat less fast food so being given less helps with my goal but not if I’m actually paying for more.

Do not come here if you have somewhere to be. They are slow and this is lunch hour 🙄. They have one employee working both front counter and drive thru. By the time I'm done posting this review I would have waited 20 min from checkout to get my food. Insane.

I ordered the royal ultimate Choco brownie blizzard in a mini and you know how in the middle they’re supposed to be the fudge in the middle. They didn’t put the fudge in the middle. Thanks a lot guys you just ruined my night.

Ordered our parfait and mini blizzard. They used to turn the blizzard upside upon delivery, but they did not. That wasn’t the problem, the problem was the blizzard was soup when we got it. And the parfait, minimal chocolate best.

I went, the lady taking my order had a horrible attitude…. THEN she got my order wrong. I asked for a oreo blizzard and got a peanut m&m one. Im so disappointed in this location.

The blizzards are just incredible. Great place to relax and enjoy a great dessert.

Called to order a cake, gave all my information and they told me they didn’t have a cake decorator, asked just for a cake without the crunch on it. Came to pick up and they didn’t even have my order. Wanted for me to pick up any cake on their fridge even though I need it without the crunch in between. Really disappointed with all of it. Won’t come to this location again and won’t recommend it if you’re reading this.

It was 20 minutes before closing when they started mopping. I almost slipped and dropped my banana split, which was very running and spilled out onto the table when I tried to open it. The fumes from the cleaning solution made it difficult to breathe and gave me a headache.

Made a mobile order through the Dairy Queen app not even 5 minutes before I got there and when I got there the drive thru employee said she gave my order to someone else and said I had to get a refund through the app cause she couldn’t do it there. The gag is the app says I have to call the store I was at to get a refund and when I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager and could give me a refund. I ended up being nice and paying AGAIN for my order and she said she’d go to her boss’s boss to get me a refund but shocker I never got it so I had to call corporate about it cause when I called the store several times the next day no one answer. Very disappointed in the service. I try not to be the guy to escalate things but when I’m clearly being lied to for no reason at all I tend to get annoyed after. Also the cupfection they was mid.

Oh my the food was so good and fresh. Best we've ever had there. The onion rings and cheese curds were soft with just the right amount of crispy. That crew today works amazingly together.
