DELTA AIRLINES SKY CLUB

Overcrowded. The check in desk is overwhelmed. There was a line down the stairs. They let in too many people. A lot of them take over two or more chairs and they don't care if you ask to sit. Loud. Rude people fingering all the food items. Over aggressive bussing. They took my plate before I was finished with my meal. Wifi is spotty.

Great establishment.

The Skyclub in Orlando is one of the lower end Delta lounges. It's old, dated and busy. Their WiFi is useless because it's not secure with no password. They told me it's due to Orlando Airport rules but I have not seen that in any other lounge!

Food got no quality not worth to pay or even enter for free very unfortunate even as i am medalion member o wont do ot again

Thos lunge is not to the Delta standards. It's pretty crowded and you sit very close toneach other. There is lack of personal space, the decor and design is quite outdated. Drinks and food are pretty basic but comparable to other SkyClubs.

Wow! This place needs an update badly. Combine that with the HVAC can't keep up with the temp near windows...

Delta Sky Club offers quality food that's freshly prepared in a clean & hygienic environment. The staff is friendly & caring. Seating arrangements are well kept and provides all kinds of comfort & convenience. However, at times the wait time is a lot. They should use proper cutlery & Crockery instead of using cardboard plates & plastic utensils. At times, the choice of food is very limited. The platform is perfect to cater to the needs & demands ot frequent travellers. Their should also have a quick Nutritional Chart placed next to the foods being served as at time I feel some desserts are way too sweet & carry extra extra calories. Overall, the quality is good, the ambiance is great, customer service is really good and provides a pleasant & pleasureful experience.in a comfortable seating & relaxing environment.

The worst lounge i have ever visited. Staff at reception had a terrible attitude they spoke to people in front of us with utter disrespect. They told them to leave the queue with one man saying ‘get gone now’ . Surely the first persons you meet when entering a delta lounge should be welcoming. After that food was just ok with not many options really . Bar staff and cleaners were very helpful and friendly. This 1 star review is purely for the front desk sadly . I would never go here again .

Where's the beef? It was a bit crowded for a short time. But as with every time I go to this lounge the food is all vegetarian with one chicken dish.

Service was nice! But the club is WAY outdated and not as many amenities as all the other clubs we’ve gone through. Felt like a motel with a continental breakfast. expected way more from such a busy airport.

Rude hosts. Watery powder scrambled eggs. The coffee was horrid. The mimosa must have used the cheapest champagne and the OJ was from rotten oranges. Other than that, it was great!

Consistently rude staff at entrance, dirty place. Seats torn, food inedible. Honestly its so much better waiting In the main terminal.
