They delivered the wrong pizza. Neither the store nor the driver would answer the phone. I filed a complaint using the online procedure as their main customer service center won’t answer the phone. That was a ridiculous experience dealing with their AI questions and answers. I’m driving to the store to return their pizza and demand a full refund. We’ll see how that goes.

0/5 stars. Garbage service. I ordered pizza, they pretended to make my pizza, I tracked it, showed out for delivery and just watched the delivery go in circles. They had my number, and they never once called to verify with me. I called and no one picked up. Complete trash service team

Maurice made the best pizza I’ve ever had from Domino’s. Perfect pie. Fresh handcrafted, texture, portions, it hit every note. Honestly I’ve never had a better pizza from Domino’s. Have this guy train everyone, even the CEO! Sensational! Truly Diabolic

Pizza was ready on time. Parking can be packed on a weekend night.

Bad pizza bad service

I order my pizza at 849 and finally received my cold pizza and buffalo bites almost 2 hours later. With the understanding that it was originally suppose to take an hour. It jump from 921 to 1021 for delivery. Have been trying to call the store since 1020 and no on will answer

I’ve ordered from this location for 9 years and have seen the drastic decline. I don’t mind waiting for my food, but getting it made wrong or not getting the correct order seems to be the norm and forget about calling them to get it fixed.

Can anyone eat this kind of pizza? Burnt, not properly filled. The pizzas we received were overcooked to the point of being nearly burnt and not enjoyable at all. The service was also very disappointing. We tried calling the restaurant for almost two hours to address the issue, but no one answered the phone. Overall, this experience completely ruined our evening dinner. I would not recommend this location based on our experience.

We ordered online and waited 45 minutes as the app tracker went through the entire process of being prepped, in the oven, then being checked, and then out for delivery just for it to then be canceled by the store because the automatic store it gave us for our address was outside of their delivery zone. Call us and cancel immediately next time or just deliver the pizza since it was your apps malfunction. Now we have to wait another hour for the other dominoes to help us. Horrible service. Can’t rate the pizza because we never tasted any food. Great job….

I ordered my pizza 2 hours ago, it won't answer the phone and I have no idea if it's coming or not. In the online system and they don't advance the order past the quality check stage so that you don't even have the ability to file a complaint online.

Ordered pizza for delivery. Pizza arrived 2 hours after order (1 hr and 40 min after initial delivery estimate). When I called the store 1 hour in their excuse was that they were just busy and it should be there soon. Another hour later after waiting on hold for 15 minutes the person said it was already out for delivery and should be there soon - no concessions were made for their two hour late pizza. When I expressed that they had told me that an hour ago, he said he would call the driver and placed me on hold again, and never came back to the line until I hung up 25 minutes later. Our pizza did finally arrive 2 hours after the order, it was cold.

Unfortunately, they are very, very bad. First they don’t answer the phone when you wanna do the order they don’t understand very very bad believe me anyone said something good about them. It’s just by chance I prefer to order from someone else don’t order from them.

This was terrible. Ordered thru DoorDash, waited 2 hours, driver arrives at lobby and calls and textas the wrong number, then leaves. When I called the store, they couldn’t find my order. After I ask how a driver has called my husband two statesaway that he’s in the lobby but they don’t have my order could happen, and he suddenly finds it. Long story short, the driver comes to a resort lobby, calls the wrong number, doesn’t ask any of the 10 people working the front desk, and decides to leave with my already insanely late delivery….but do we stop there? No. The driver does come back, at the insistence of his store manager, and calls me “retarded.” It was super original, professional, and I have sympathy for anyone whose food he is responsible for.

As others have shared, this store likes to cancel your order at the last minute.

Staff were friendly and a food was hot and fresh. Had a chat with the staff about UK and US Dominos.

I placed an order at 6:50 PM and the app indicated the latest delivery time would be within 48 minutes. Since it was a Saturday, I expected it might take a little longer and was patient. After waiting about an hour and ten minutes with no delivery updates and the app tracker stuck on “Quality Check,” I called the store to check on the order. I was left on hold for 18 minutes with no one answering, so I eventually hung up. About an hour and a half after placing the order, the store canceled it without any notification or explanation.

The pizza is good, but the service is terrible. It's clear that the people who work there are unhappy and end up taking it out on the customers. After many days of bad service, the last one was the worst. We went in to pick up our pizza, and there were two other customers also waiting. The server handed over their pizzas, but when it was time to give me mine, she simply turned her back and went to get other pizzas out of the oven. Only after packing up all the other pizzas did she come to give me mine, showing total disregard for the customer. Lamentable.
