Hoy fue mi primera vez visitando el restaurante Don Julio. Me encantó el servicio y la comida es muy satisfactorio Y deliciosa la mesera que nos atendió se llama Valentina muy dulce, atenta y Servicial, puedo decir que tuve una muy buena experiencia en mi primera vez visitando el restaurant definitivamente volveré como cliente regular.

Front desk needs training. Showed up to do a take out order. No greeting at the front. One guy was in front a computer to the left.. 5 mins later young lady came out and was on her phone. Still no greeting. She looked at me then turned away. 10 mins later, she said may I help you and i asked for rhe menu. She disappeared. By the time I was ready to order, there's guy in front of me , then he said I dont take orders. Go to the left! Ol. Not going back there again

Te toman fotos y no te dicen que las tienes que pagar hasta que te las van a entregar, carísimas, me parece un truco, no te dejan escoger cuánto porcentaje de propinas , solo el porcentaje que ellos te ponen en la aplicación.

I ordered the fried red snapper. It was fried too hard. I did NOT enjoy it. The fajitas were very delicious. The service is phenomenal. If you visit here just make they don't fry your fish too long or send it back immediately.

Margarita was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire meal. The music was good, the World Cup matches were on, and they were great at managing a very busy crowd. We will definitely be back!

I went to eat with my work group, Laura attended us, the truth is a terrible service! Super bad attitude! He never brought us water, he didn't offer anything from the menu, he didn't go to the table regularly even so with few people in the restaurant, for this type of service one stops going to the places! If they go to Don Julio, I hope Laura doesn't attend them

Management has changed a lot, to the worst. I’ve had issues from big tables to going by myself for lunch. Also stop forcing all your poor employees to make people leave 5 star reviews, you might trick them once but they will not return. I tried to talk to management but got ignored today, is ok last time you see me there.

This is the second time I’ve visited and been served by Axel—a fantastic bartender with a great selection of drinks. He prepared some truly delicious and incredible concoctions for me; honestly, he’s like an angel sent from heaven. Many thanks for the excellent service.
