DRURY INN & SUITES - ORLANDO

This Drury Inn is outstanding!! The staff are super friendly and helpful! The breakfast and Kick backs are delicious and plentiful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable! I highly recommend this hotel.

We love Drury. We have stayed at a few but this one is my favorite shot out to Tara as she was Amazing 🤩 very kind,helpful with a wonderful personality my daughters adored her. Place is clean breakfast was great with many options to choose from. We will be visiting again.Thank you Tara for making my stay just what I needed.

Absolutely perfect! Well kept up facilities inside and out. Room was meticulously clean. All staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. Very convenient to Universal. We always try to stay brand loyal and this location is as good as any.

מלון מהמם שירותי נעים נקי עיצוב מעט מיושן אבל חוץ מזה אחלה מלון וכמו כל מלון באורלנדו ארוחת הבוקר זה בעיקר סוכר ופחמימות אנחנו לא מצאנו את עצמינו בארוחת הבוקר לא היה אפילו לא ירק אחד

I thought it would be noisy because of the highways but it wasn’t. Very much enjoyed the stay, the employees, and the breakfast. The GM even went around greeting people and making himself known. It just felt like a place if you had an issue, they would go out of their way to resolve it.

The staff were exceptionally nice & friendly. The shower was the best and most relaxing ever. The breakfast was very good & far better than most hotel breakfasts. Our only issue was that evidently my husband left his nice leather journal in room #213 when we left & it has not been found. If anyone finds it please turn it into the Drury staff. It is VIP to my husband. Thank you. We are still in FL so if anyone finds the journal & turns it into the Drury staff we could pick it up. We r willing to offer a small reward for the journal if it is returned to us.

the service we had at that hotel was so good. we had the general manager michael sitting in the dinning area talking to us about different places and things to do in the area. my family had a nice time there. thanks to the staff there.

Hotel com preço bom, estacionamento gratuito, café da manhã e um happy hour (dá pra jantar) incluso. Atendimento dos funcionários é excepcional! Tem um ponto da Universal no hotel, que facilita a ida para os parques para quem quiser ir de ônibus. Comida ok, opção boa para quem quer uma viagem econômica e não muito exigente para comida. Eu voltaria a me hospedar, pois a localização é excelente! Tem piscina para utilizar, quarto amplo e banheiro com banheira. Refri, agua e pipoca a vontade o dia todo. Gostei muito da hospedagem!

Booked here to be close to Universal for our trip last week. Arrived and there is a BP gas station next door to the hotel, about three car lengths from the side entrance of the hotel. There is a homeless camp set up in the alcove of the gas station...complete with a mattress on it. It was around 6 PM at our arrival, and the people were coming in for the night by foot and off the Orlando city bus. Most of them appeared to be on something. We went in and looked at the room, which smelled very musty and was very dated. I told my family, "we are not staying here." I went down to the front desk and the person who was working, Samuel, was so friendly and helpful. I told him we were not going to be able to stay there. He asked no questions and got us transferred to the Drury Disney Springs. We had stayed at that Drury two years ago when we went to Disney. It is a night and day difference. Only put us 15 minutes from Universal. I had heard over the years about being in the Disney bubble, but never experienced the peace of mind it brought me until this trip. I have no doubt in my mind that my car would not have been there the next morning had we stayed at the Universal Drury. The hotel owners need to address this issue with the gas station IMMEDIATELY. They need to start by building a large fence between the hotel and the gas station. If I owned this hotel, I would be making some safety changes ASAP!!! I DO want to say that I cannot say enough good things about the front desk clerks.…

From a hotel stay perspective, this hotel was extremely clean, smelled great, and the service was very very good. The concierge and housekeeping displayed care and friendliness. Pros with this hotel are breakfast every morning and full breakfast not continental, 5:30pm snack time and drinks where the snacks were actually samplings of full meals. Free popcorn, and free coke product drinks starting at noon every day. Very impressive! Fitness center mainly focused on 3 treadmills and 2 ellipticals, and a set of free weights. If you’re looking for a basic workout, it will work, but nothing more. The pool seemed clean and somewhat safe, although the fence lent to a parking lot view to the pool which made it uncomfortable with the homeless population there. Plus, the pool was mostly in the shade. Now the cons, the location was unsavory to say the least. First off, this is not a location where you can walk to anything. There is a Drury hotel by Disney Springs, but don’t mistake this one for that one. You cannot walk to Disney Springs from this hotel. In fact, you can’t walk anywhere from this hotel, except to the 7-Eleven that’s practically in the parking lot and due to the eight lanes of traffic that a pedestrian has to get through to get anywhere, PLUS the homeless camp that was in the parking lot. Aside from the homeless camp it seemed to be a parking lot where most homeless and panhandlers just hung out all day. I wanted to go across the street to the Whole Food’s store, but…

Fuimos con la familia (mi esposo y mis dos niños) desde que llegamos la srta de recepción fue súper amable con nosotros y nos explico al detalle todo lo que incluía nuestra estadía, pude inclusive tomar unos traguitos de cortesía que por cierto estuvieron 10 puntos! Después de tanta caminata en los parques de Orlando los traguitos cayeron muy bien, para los niños había una máquina free de pop corn y eso es un golazo realmente! Los postres que lo puedes encontrar a la carta estaban deliciosos a un super precio $5 el desayuno y la comida si bien es cierto no había mucha variedad en las 3 noches que nos quedamos todo estaba muy rico . Las habitaciones limpias el internet muy bueno, y si deseas puedes llevar ropa de baño porque tienen una piscina muy linda ! Nosotros optamos porque el bus del hotel nos llevará a los parques totalmente incluído en el pago del hotel. Sin duda para mis próximas vacaciones me volveré a hospedar ahí.

Este hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso! Os funcionários são gentis, atenciosos e comunicativos; os quartos são espaçosos, confortáveis e limpos; o estacionamento é amplo; o café da manhã é gostoso; e ainda servem um lanche no final da tarde, com direito a bebidas, que pode substituir o jantar. Foi a segunda vez que minha esposa e eu nos hospedamos neste hotel, e certamente iremos voltar.

Our stay at this hotel was truly one of the best experiences we've ever had. From the moment my family and I arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality from the front desk staff. Every single day of our stay, we were greeted and treated like family, which made us feel comfortable and valued.||What stood out the most was how the entire staff went above and beyond their normal job duties to ensure our stay was enjoyable and stress-free. The kitchen staff were especially amazing, stepping in to assist our family with food and making sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and willingness to help did not go unnoticed.||The level of customer service, professionalism, and genuine care we received exceeded our expectations. It's rare to find a hotel where every team member is so dedicated to making guests feel at home.||I will absolutely be recommending this hotel to all of my family and friends, and we look forward to visiting again more frequently in the future. Had a great experience at the Drury Hotel in Orlando. Every single member of the staff we interacted with was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to work there. Asking about our day with a smile and always willing to help. It was such a treat to feel like a valued customer! Drury really knows how to do hospitality. Clean, new hotel with a relaxed family vibe. They also have a small fitness center, outdoor/indoor pool and Jacuzzi and business center, plus WiFi all over the property. Excellent location in the middle of International Drive and Sand Lake road, near the highway I-4. Close access to Universal and the new Epic Universe! SeaWorld is a short drive away and Disney World also. Plenty of supermarkets in the vicinity: Whole Foods across the street. Sprouts down the road. Plus Walmart, Publix and Winn Dixie within one mile distance. Great for families looking to save with their free breakfast in the morning and free dinner and drinks every night. Make sure to utilize the shuttle to the Universal theme parks because it's also a money saver and very convenient! Definitely recommend!
