Love it

Busy spot, but service was still fairly quick and the staff were friendly. Food was fresh and tasty, especially the bagel, and the iced coffee was good. A bit of a wait on drinks and seating felt tight, but overall a solid experience.

The bagels were burnt, coffee was cold and it looked like colored water, the service was horrible. The attitudes from not 1 but 2 employees was awful. Made a complaint through their own website. Never heard anything back. Used to love this bagel spot, don't know what happened. They totally dropped the ball.

I truly appreciate the service at this location. This is one place I will revisit over and over again.

Customer service has changed no greeting no smiling no milk dirty tables.Management needs to make changes immediately.fyi it wasn't busy at ALL either ! Very upset bc me and my girlfriend are good customers and we have the app as well

I am not a coffee drinker or cheese eater. Their menu for just an egg and bacon only with the bagel is the same price with cheese on it. I thought if there was no cheese on my sandwich the price would be a little less. Also they are promoting a breakfast deal bagel and coffee?? why don't tea drinkers never get the same deal or if their can be a substitution for the tea instead of coffee. Inquired with the associate taking the order I had to pay for the tea separate. Also all the tables were dirty, I had to go to the tea station grab some napkins and some water from the machine to wipe off my table so that my husband and I can sit and eat. Not a good experience 3 stars were a lot because for years I have been a fan.

The bagels here are exceptional, but their customer service is severely lacking. I ordered a chorizo sunrise bagel only to find that the top of my bagel where the cheese salsa concoction was was very cold, while the rest of my bagel (and the inside contents) were still warm. I went inside to let them know because I was not about to eat a cold bagel when it should’ve been toasted. The girl with a pixie haircut and giant holes in her ears got sassy with me and said it’s cause the bagel was sitting on the counter for so long before I picked it up. I ordered my bagel, went outside for 2 minutes at most to grab some water, went inside and waited 2 more minutes for my bagel. If the bagel got cold because it was “sitting there”, the entire bagel should be cold, not just the top slice of my bagel. For a $8 bagel, if I say it’s cold, then it’s damn cold and should be remade how I want it. Genuinely this was about to be my 13th reason why. She needs to get fired or seriously retrained. I don’t know where she learned to be snarky to customers when their work space is completely open. If you’re gonna talk smack, say it to my face or don’t say it at all. Anyways the bagels are really good and I recommend the chorizo sunrise and the all nighter. I do not recommend visiting when this girl is working there.

Super friendly staff! They knew so many of their regulars names which was nice to see. Also, we don't have these where I live and the staff was very helpful in picking out what's the best.

Awesome bagel sandwich " the farmhouse " and their cold brew vanilla was very tasty great breakfast quick.

I have never actually had anything from Einstein's that I didnt like and this location was no different. Service was great as usual. Friendly staff, food was made quickly and was able to sit, eat and chat with family while eating. Prices are low as well.

Go to Jeff's bagel run. Same price. Bigger bagels. Lots of cream cheese. 😋 This place is dunkin donuts slightly slow cousin

I had never been into find Einstein Bros. Bagels my son had told me about them, but I have not been yet so it’s probably been over a month now that I started visiting the store. Then let me tell you this is my store. I don’t live in Orlando. I live in Ocoee. But Abby At the store is amazing. She’s had me try stuff that I probably would’ve never tried. I’ve loved it. She knows my name when I walk in. She is a great employee. She always treats me with kindness. My food’s always delicious. I will travel across town to come to the store because it’s the best Einstein bagels there is I’ve been to others since then one Kissimmee I did not care for at all. The food was not good, but this store has the best employees and the best food. This is my store. I will travel to the store just to make sure that I get the food that I like and I love Abby and the team is amazing. Come in and talk to the team. Talk to Abby she makes you feel like family ♥️♥️♥️

Staff a little stressed but it was busy to be fair. The restaurant not as nice as others in the country. Food was great.

This location was busy, but I didn't wait too long for my food. I did have to wait longer on my iced coffee. The staff was friendly, the seating was limited, and my table was a bit dirty. My farmstand bagel was delicious, and iced coffee was good. You can definitely save $ if you order ahead on the app.

Love this place! It’s clean, cute and friendly staff, and great sandwiches. I had the All nighter and wanted to get a second one. It was so good!

So I’ve been living in Florida for six months and me and my brother have nonstop, Been going to Einstein’s to work, for snack, or for break There are bacon, egg, and cheese with tomato on a bagel does not disappoint!! The Caramel-cold brew was ok not much of a coffee girl The put tomatoes on the side of you ask for it.

Great quick place to stop for a hot bite. I recommend the Texas brisket, the way it comes. It's so good! Staff was really nice and the service was very quick. I just wish the espresso machine was working..
