Great service and the food was absolutely delicious. What really stood out to me, though, was how gently and respectfully the team interacts with their elderly staff, it was genuinely refreshing to see. The ladies working behind the counter were incredible. Each of them was deep cleaning with so much care and attention to detail. You can tell they take real pride in their work. As someone who’s worked in food and beverage for over a decade, I can confidently say these women are model employees. Their work ethic did not go unnoticed. I will definitely be making this my regular spot.

My visit was great! I ended up going two days in a row. Staff was so kind both visits. The maple house with an apple cinnamon bagel is so amazing. I wish we had a location back home.

It was our first time here, and we were impressed! There were so many bagel options to choose from, and they all looked amazing — it honestly made it hard to decide. We ended up getting a few different ones, and they all tasted great! The orange juice was fresh and delicious, which made everything even better. We also chose to sit outside by the sidewalk, and it created such a nice, relaxed atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast and people-watch. We’ll definitely be going back again! 🥯✨

Ordered three egg sandwiches this morning on line and sat In there for 35 minuets before I asked if my sandwiches are almost ready. Sheri formed me the egg machine wasn’t working and they are going to cook some in the oven .. waited 15 more minutes and asked for a refund. I left my wallet at the house so they wouldn’t give me a refund with my card . I said I can read it to you I know it by heart but I left it … I sorry we’ll just give me cash it a credit no … what a dump I had to drive back to my house get my card drive back to get my refund.. what a horrible way to run a business ..lost a customer for good. Poorly ran

If there’s going to be a 20 minute wait just to get one bagel with butter, why don’t you announce that before people stand on a 10 minute line just to be told it’s going to be another 20 minutes for one bagel?

Very friendly and helpful staff. We are regulars and always welcomed in, by name and thanked. Entire team does an awesome job. They have become a training store for new shops opening. They must be getting things right to have that honor and privilege. Food is always hot. If it is really busy, they will let you know it might take a little longer, but they really work well together to get the orders correct. If something is not 100 percent with your order, they correct it immediately. Kudos to Dr. Phillip's Einstein Bagel Shop.

Went into this location this morning on my way to work as I am an Einstein rewards member the young lady Jennifer behind the counter was so rude to me every time I said something she was correcting everything I said like I was stupid or something and then on the way out the door she said, did you Get your cereal pop and I said no so she just threw it in the bag. This will be the last time I returned back to this location

Nice. Clean. Fast, friendly service. But the chili bagels (my fave, toasted twice with Jalapeno shmear) were beige in color and looked raw.🤢😳😩 I substituted with another and was SORELY DISAPPOINTED. 😵‍💫😑😕
