Amazing Puerto Rican food

Quedé fascinada con la comida. Después de varios días sin disfrutar comida criolla, este lugar nos recibió con un sazón espectacular que nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer bocado. Además del excelente servicio y ambiente familiar, cada plato estuvo lleno de sabor y autenticidad. Sin duda, una experiencia que superó nuestras expectativas. ¡Sumamente recomendado! Cuando regrese a Orlando el próximo año, volveré a visitarles.

La comida riquísima los appetizer ni se diga. Quiero Felicitar a la muchacha que estaba al frente cuando uno entra por la puerta por su profesionalismo. Fui con mi esposo y mi hija. Estuvimos casi 1 hora esperando para que nos dieran una mesa pero eso no es el problema. El problema fue cuando vino la servidora Raquel O Rachel como se deletrea. Rapidito que llego a la mesa nos pregunto que queríamos de tomar. Le explicamos que ya sabíamos que vamos a ordenar y rapido nos dijo bueno la espera es de 30 a 40 minutos pero bien repugnante. Luego le dije a mi esposo vámonos y ella dijo bueno perfecto. Mi esposo le dice a la muchacha que a tiende al frente la servidora Raquel fue grosera y que no íbamos y ella tan buena servidora y profesional nos dijo que nos atendía. Luego nos atendió Liz. Liz muy profesional y respetable.Doy 5 estrellas por las muchachas que nos atendieron después de Raquel. Raquel necesita que le den training nuevamente.

La atención pésima y super caro no le ponen precio a las bebidas la propina es obligatoria a sus porcentajes

I have been a loyal customer of El Cilantrillo for years, which is why I was very disappointed with my recent visit. My family and I spent over $200, and I ordered the whole snapper fish. Unfortunately, the fish did not taste freshly prepared. The texture of the meat was hard, and it tasted as if it had been refried. It also had a strong fishy taste that was not expected from a fresh snapper. After paying the bill, I spoke with the female manager/greeter at the front and expressed my concerns about the quality of the dish. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the food quality did not reflect the standards I have come to expect from this restaurant.

This place is so disorganized, the hostess has no control. I was waiting in front of her when a rude customer who had just arrived stepped in and loudly told her to put her down, and the host, dumbly, put her on the list before people who were waiting in line. This place should work within the reservation period, rather than trying to jam in as many customers as possible. The service is affected, and it simply isn't the best. My family, a group of seven, and I then received a text that the wait was 50 minutes. We waited a little bit, looked inside the restaurant, and decided to leave. It was not worth it. By the time we received a notification, an hour and 10 minutes later, our table was ready. We were already enjoying our meal at another restaurant with excellent service.

They fry all the food in the same oil. The chicken and the pork taste like fish.

At this restaurant, the food was undercooked and overcooked, the chicken still had a lot of blood and the steak was over cooked. The service was okay and the waitress was absolutely nice.
