Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
On paper the kitchen passes; in the reviews, a few visitors were not convinced. Reviews mentioning how guests are treated average 3.2 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it.
The split is 12 positive to 5 negative across 18 rated reviews, with 1 in the middle. 5 stars is the modal score, given by 9 of the 18 reviewers who rated. A third strand, freshness and temperature, appears in 17% of them at 4.3 stars.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (100/100) with no violations cited. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That inspection was on January 26, 2026. On health score it sits safer than 100% of the Orange County restaurants we grade. No violations were recorded at that visit, which is the cleanest result available.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!! BUGS, STAINES AND HORRIBLE SERVICE! I drove down from Connecticut at 2:30am and got there at 11:45pm. After being so excited to check in and finally got my bags, wife and kids up to the room, we found 1 small roach dead, 1 alive next to the bed, stains on both the bed and couch bed, and some mold in the bathroom. We went straight back down stairs to complain and ask for a different room but they could not provide because they were fully booked so we asked for a refund. They told us we can refund you and you will receive it in a few days back to your card just for them to still send me the bill a week later. I immediately called and spoke to someone in billing who was confused in the matter because there was not any notes left over and nothing being noted in the system. Stephanie then told me in 72 hours I should hear back and I had to call 2 weeks later after hearing nothing . I called probably about 10 times and left Stephanie maybe about 5 separate voicemails for her to never reach back out to me until this day which is about 3 week later from May 21st when I initially spoke to her. I even called corporate and they could not get in touch either. Corporate gave me my refund of my deposit but now I’m still battling getting my money back for the week stay that I didn’t use due to the nasty and disgusting room they provided us. After having my agency call them for the refund she even told them we did stay there for the…

I would like to recognize Brianna and Zulma at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando for providing outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and that all of our needs were met with kindness and a smile. Their positive attitudes, patience, and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a difference in our experience. Employees like Brianna and Zulma are a true asset to the hotel. Thank you both for your exceptional service and for making our stay so memorable. We greatly appreciate you! And The bar tender was amazing .

Breakfast buffet is awesome, waffles, bacon, omelets, fresh fruit. Reception happy hour and nice rooms.

Was here for a conference and a few extra days of vacation. One snafu with service taking an hour to get me a working blowdryer, which caused me to miss a meeting, but otherwise was a nice stay. Room does need some updating, and tub had some chips knocked out near the drain and tub fixtures could use escaping. Shuttle to Disney parks only goes to/from Hollywood Studios and Epcot and is infrequent, so we used rideshare a lot, which was an unexpected extra expense.

Stay here was just fine, property is in a state of disrepair. Elevators were often not working. Water play structure was falling apart. Much better places to stay in Orlando.

Trinity and Gloria are the best… their service is amazing, couldn’t ask for better.

Trinity is not just the best bartender at Ambition Suites — Trinity’s the best bartender in the history of the universe, full stop. She pours a ranch water so perfect it makes me want to salute the flag, then hug an eagle, while singing the national anthem. Puerto Rican by birth, American by excellence. One sip of her drink and I’m ready to defend the bar with my life. Trinity deserves a $10 bonus, a statue, and probably her own federal holiday. Ten out of ten, will be back tomorrow.

Beautiful Clean Very Friendly Staff. Breakfast was Great

My wife and I took the kids to Disney and this was the hotel we chose. Outside of the resort fee and parking fee it was pretty nice. There was a facet that did not drain in room 150; which was a downside not being able to brush our teeth or wash our hands there. They have omelet station and a waffle station where food was cooked in front of you. There was a ratatouille movie night that was nice for the kids. I would have expected a hot tub. Housekeeping was on point having linen fresh as we returned! All in all GREAT experience.

Got there and the room we reserved they said was not available anymore and they were at full capacity. If it’s no fault of ours we should have been upgraded or something done for our inconvenience. They only have pork for the omelet station. No other meat options. Rooms have a bit of musty smell. Our room had a clogged toilet and shower. They did fix it. Needed to print some forms at the computer and the printer was out of ink. So I had to email it to the agent at the front desk. A bit uncomfortable if you don’t want people in your business. Not a good experience for a Hilton member.

Check in to an unclean room that also had wet floor and signs of black mold everywhere. The staff change my rooms which was cleaner, but you could tell this hotel has a large black mold issue. Saw black mold In the shower, door hinges, by the toilet and sink. I ended up checking out right away after that.

Beware age restrictions when making reservations through travel companies nonrefundable. If not 21 you can't check in and can't cancel but they get your money. Does not help the person out $400 for a service not provided . Also blame priceline.

The hotel is a bit dated and the rooms (specifically bathrooms) could use some upgrades. Our shower control knob was broken and the handle kept falling off. Other than that, everything about the hotel is great. The breakfast is awesome with plenty of choices. The staff work hard to keep everything hot and replenished. The evening reception is decent with unlimited beverages. There is plenty of parking for a fee. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool and a decent water park for kids. They even offer a complimentary shuttle to/from Disney parks. Can't really complain except for the quality of bathrooms.

Great experience and customer service

⭐☆☆☆☆ I was very disappointed with my stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort. The room was not clean when we arrived. There was a stain on the mattress, and the bathroom was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. To make matters worse, our room key repeatedly stopped working. We had to make multiple trips up and down to the front desk to get it fixed, which was frustrating and took away from our vacation time. The staff was not very helpful during this process and came across as rude rather than understanding of the inconvenience. For the price we paid, I expected a clean room and better customer service. Between the cleanliness issues, the key card problems, and the poor attitude from staff, this stay did not meet expectations. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

The room was excellent, and the breakfast staff were super friendly . Alex and the ladies at the waffle station were amazing .

My experience was very relaxing, the room was clean and I enjoyed the food very much. When I needed assistance, I was greatly and quickly accommodated by Adriana, she was polite and very nice! Overall, I would definitely come again!

Bailey did an excellent job explaining all the benefits of the program to us! Thank you Bailey!
