Bee carefull of room 1608 the owner has issues with Ac and will not compensate. But the resort is beautiful

EDIT: COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. DEAD AND ALIVE HOST SEEMED TO NOT CARE. IN CABINETS AND AROUND FRIDGE AS WELL AS BOTH BATHROOMS. BOOKED THRU AIR BNB. BUILDING ONE AND ROOM NUMBWR 1501. HOST SIMPLY SAID, CONTACT AIR BNB SUPPORT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WE IMMEDIATELY LEFT FOR A HYATT HOTEL. Reading past reviews makes me glad I stayed in building 1. Two bedroom unit and clean. The pest control guy was here right before we checked in and left the baseboards wet as well as the dresser. No curtains in the living room. When asked about it, they simply said there is none. Great balcony view and great location. Also loved that our unit was right off the elevator. Would stay here again in the exact same unit. A little more amenities in the kitchen and I would've rated it higher. Still, good deal and location.

We stayed at Terrace on Orlando in 3608 Garden View Tower 3 owned by Kyle and Don in one of there new apartments. Their apartment was amazing, cleanliness is top notch. The balcony area is the perfect place to have a cup of coffee. The bed is a king size and comfy the kitchen was all new up to date. The location is perfect 0.9 miles from Universal and the pirate restaurant is across the street from their apartment. They are the best host you can ever come across they make you feel like family. This was one of their apartments each apartment have their own flare and makes you feel like home. If you want to have a good getaway and be treated like family rent a studio, or a one bedroom, or a 2 bedroom from Kyle and Don. Love the Andreu family

I would never rent a place at this complex via Airbnb again. This rental was on the first floor. The listing photos were definitely enhanced and glossed over/omitted several issues with the rental. People smoking/vaping inside common areas of building. Unit had Mold/mildew on surfaces and in the air, damage and BUGS. Dead bugs,live bugs, etc. We immediately left and stayed elsewhere (and gad an awesome clean stay). Host was awful about it. Kept our money. Airbnb customer service was a joke too. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache by staying elsewhere. We would never use an STR service again because of this experience.

The Enclave is a small apartment and was an AirBnb we rented near Universal for the first 15 days of our 21 days trip. It's made up of two rooms and a living room with a tiny kitchen and two seats at the bar. There is a small dining room table to eat at with four chairs. The kitchen is NOT made for a cook, but for travellers mainly eating prepared meals or meals out. Good for toasting bread or reheating leftovers mainly. There are a few staple appliances for breakfasts, but only one pairing knife (no other knives). The first night we killed 3 bugs (2 tiny cockroaches and a spider) and saw quite a few other dead bugs. We couldn’t find the broom and dustpan, so we just kind of lived with them, wondering how we were supposed to live here for 2 more weeks. But actually, keeping the front door closed and keeping the appliances, floors, and counters clean=very few bugs. We've seen one or two, description below, but overall the stay hasn't been terrible to this point. The air conditioner froze up before bed in night #1 and didn’t work well. The trick is to slowly lower the temp. The room is fairly cozy at 75°, but I wouldn't take it lower than 74°. There is no dresser in the main bedroom, but it’s in the living room, which is kind of inconvenient, but not terrible. The things that bother me the most–only having one tiny knife, no kitchen shears, no measuring spoons, and no kitchen linens. There is plenty of Raid and I see cockroach motels all over the room. Weird shower taps. Unsure if filtered coffee bags were expired. Kitchenware very minimal. Very old sofa with dark marks. Smart tvs are great but very slow and maybe a bit old now. Weed smell very strong in this set of apartments. Students partying on the balconies doing weird drink challenges. Noisy and thin walls. A great strategic view and good balcony. The balcony furniture was very very dirty and mucky. Needs spraying down heavily as we didnt want to use the chairs. The door locks are very sketchy and seem quite insecure. Unhappy with apartment locking and it didnt feel safe. Rooms were good size and bed was comfortable. The main enclave bar was permanently closed. Lots of dead bugs in the swimming pool.

I stayed here on May 1st 2026. The place seemed cute and updated. Once the sun went down we were greeted with many German cockroaches of all sizes. We booked through Airbnb through Emma. Building 3 unit 3304. The place is infested with cockroaches.

This place could be very nice. The pool and grounds are decent and the views from balconies are nice. However, the buildings are dated and management washes its hands concerning issues with units of private owners. Our unit( owned by Jeeves which no one should ever rent from) had German roaches. Enclave said they couldn’t do anything because it was privately owned but if it’s an issue in one apt then it’s certainly likely that it’s a building issue.

Prezados, Gostaria de saber se há algum planejamento para a realização de reformas no prédio, incluindo a retirada dos carpetes e a manutenção mais frequente dos elevadores. A localização é excelente e o imóvel possui grande potencial para investidores. No entanto, é fundamental que sejam realizadas melhorias básicas para elevar a qualidade das estadias e garantir maior segurança aos usuários. Tenho interesse na aquisição de algumas unidades, porém condiciono essa decisão à realização de reformas no edifício. No estado atual, as condições de higiene e conservação são preocupantes. Algumas coisas que você precisa entender primeiro: os apartamentos não são gerenciados pelo próprio hotel, cada um tem um dono, e esse dono subloca o apto, então cada apartamento pode ser bem diferente entre si. Sobre o hotel em si: localização ótima, fica perto do endless summer da universal, você consegue ir a pé (pouco mais de 5min de caminhada) e de lá pegar o ônibus gratuito do hotel para a universal. Fiz isso em todos os meus dias de universal e foi uma bela economia. Além disso, tem restaurantes e lojinhas por perto, tanto para ir a pé, quanto para ir de uber/carro. Tem piscina coberta e ao ar livre. Cada prédio tem apenas 4 máquinas de lavar e 4 de secar, não foi um problema quando eu fui mas dependendo do horário talvez você não ache uma máquina livre. Também não tem front desk 24h, mas em horários úteis tem uma front desk que recebe encomendas e tem pessoas caso você queira tirar uma dúvida. Sobre o quarto: o quarto específico que eu aluguei tinha um cheiro muito forte de umidade. Só melhorou depois de 1 semana lá (fiquei 2 semanas), e fiquei pensando se era porque meu host não deixava o ar condicionado ligado. O apto era espaçoso, tinha cozinha com microondas, fogão, todos os utensílios que precisava, e máquina de lavar, porém a cozinha tinha mini baratas que ficavam andando por lá, especialmente quando estava escuro. Elas só ficavam na região da mini cozinha, porém foi um problema. O quarto que eu peguei também ficava no primeiro andar, e eu não me sentia…

room is not as described missing oven, washer and dryer. hotel itself is dirty and not kept especially in the hallways. showers are so small you can barely move in them. room overall was at least clean

I normally do not write negative reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be shared so other families don’t go through the same situation. We booked a weekend stay at JS Luxury in Orlando through Expedia. The listing gave the impression that this worked like a regular hotel stay, but once we were already on the road (a four-hour drive), we began noticing that everything was handled digitally and that there was no front desk or on-site assistance. We paid the mandatory cleaning fee and completed everything that was required online. Immediately after that, our stay was cancelled. This happened while we were already driving to Orlando. We arrived around 10:30 PM, which was still before the stated midnight check-in cutoff, and tried to resolve the situation. Instead of trying to help us after such a long drive, the main concern we kept hearing was that Expedia had our money and not them. There was no flexibility, no real attempt to help us check in, and no clear communication about what could be done. What made the situation worse is that there is no real customer support. The phone number listed either went to voicemail or someone answered and hung up. Calling the Enclave reservation line also led to voicemail with no callback. At that point it was late at night, we were stuck in Orlando, and we had already paid close to $600. Because we had no guarantee we would get that money back. The entire trip was ruined, and it felt like the situation could have been handled much…

Fiquei num ap de Airbnb reformado interno mas com a cama muito ruim mole demais. Pra Fazer Rápido na cozinha ok, Mas não tem Forno . A parte interna dos prédios é muito ruim velha e com um carpete nos corredores terrível, Aspecto ruim mesmo. A localização é ótimo, fora isso não vale a pena, pelo preço cobrado

These sre privately owned hotels rooms- turned into condos. There is no front desk staff anymore. No security. No restaurant. We booked through an Airbnb. The rooms are decent if you can find one of those but the hotel rooms are OOOLLLDDDD. It was fine for us because of our updated room, but there was no privacy on the balcony. Literally can see inside of everyone's rooms. It's close to everything, that's why we stay. .

Absolutely sucks beds hard as rocks..can't touch ac have to make your own bed no room service wast of money could have stayed at hotel with all amenities

Stayed in 1707 building one , beautiful condo clean and just right for two people , had everything you needed , the terrace on this one was huge plenty of furniture to relax on and splendid views of the lake .|Would highly recommend.|Pictures are spot on , unfortunately the weather was not good the 4 days we spent so never got chance to enjoy the views .

Condomínio top!!! Perto de tudo! Condomínio bacana d+! Estacionamento fácil, apartamentos bacanas, do lado da universal, Sea word, Walmart. Vale a pena
