Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
These 17 reviews do not converge on a single verdict. Where tidiness comes up, the rating that follows averages 4.4, so it reads as a strength. Service follows at 29% of reviews, where ratings average 3.6.
Behind those, how much food arrives is raised in 18% of reviews (5.0 average). The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (9 of 17). Of the 17 rated reviews, 14 sit at four stars or better and 1 at two or below.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (93/100), with 2 intermediate and 1 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. The visit behind that grade was December 12, 2025. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 53% of the restaurants we score. For specifics, the last inspection cited water source safe and chemicals / toxic substances properly stored & used.
Nothing here pulls in opposite directions — an unusually clean read. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

Not a bad experience. The seat didn't quite recline as it should have but someone there said they'll check into it. I suppose if I end up back in the same theater and seat I'll find out.
-
Amazing theatre. Amazing time with the family and my most loved feature is the reclining seats.
-
Great place to go see a movie.
-
Took my Grandson to see Toy Story 5. Great times. Love this theatre!
-
Great experience saw Toy Story 5 with my kids.
-
Great customer service
-
Super comfortable seats; I like it because the theater holds a relatively small number of people.
-
Plenty of ticket kiosks so no waiting. Seats are comfortable and the theater was clean. Consession area is mostly self-serve so the line keeps moving. Food and drink items are priced similar to other movie theaters in th Orlando area.
-
Usually one of the best bang for your buck theaters around… they could use a service call on the focus of the projectors though Mandalorian and grogu was tough to watch not because of the movie just visually it was rough.

I'm so disappointed today with this location. HORRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. The "new check out system" doesn't take chip cards only tap. I tried to pay with my card three times, until I realized that it didn't take a chip. I went to the cashier, she said "I can help you on the self check out" I explained to her that I tried and that my card is a chip card, she insisted. I had to get a manager 🤦♀️🤦♀️ The manager sided with the cashier. I was going to buy 2 drinks and an ICEE. But with that attitude, I decided nothing. They do not have even water for free. I paid for 3 ticktes online so, I couldn't get a refund. We had to stay and watch the movie. I'm not sure what happened with the customer service skills, they don't teach that anymore. I was in the customer service field for a long time, and the motto was "the customers are always right, even if they are wrong". Why people always ruin the business?

I had a superior experience. The staff work very hard here. Food and beverage is pretty much self-service self-check which I kind of prefer. Someone was right there to help me. Good selection of product. Very clean large theaters and I really liked the EPIC XL screen. Pricing was not terrible for a daytime showing. I will be back. Newer and cleaner than most places. Located in a great shopping area with really nice selection of stores. Tuesday is a deal if you are an EPIC member.

Concessions are outrageously priced and it's all self serve which is a bummer because you can't get butter mixed in a bag of popcorn.... It's not hot and you can't shake it around. And half the paying kiosks weren't working. Also only one of the soda machines was working so everyone was jammed up at the end waiting for a slow person ahead. We went to an early show. Staff was nice, theater and bathrooms were clean.

Clean great place to see a movie
-
Theater has reclining seats. Sounds and visual quality was good.
-
Not in the best repair, not the cleanest but not bad.
-
The tickets machines are easy to use. The areas inside and outside were clean and the attendances are very kind and helpful. Inside the movie theater I have no complaints because the areas is clean after every movie showing. Also the bathroom is clean. I will recommend this theater to relatives and friends.
-
Cool theater, great seats. Good concessions. Great sound. What more could you ask for?
