Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The direction of travel is downward across these 15 reviews. Reviewers who mention the staff rate this place 4.2 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour. After that, how long an order takes appears most often — 20% of the corpus, averaging 3.7.
More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 13 of 15. The split is 13 positive to 2 negative across 15 rated reviews. What nobody raises here is whether food comes out hot — it goes unmentioned across all 15 reviews.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (97/100), with 1 intermediate violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That result dates from January 30, 2026. The trend across inspections is improvement. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 72% of the restaurants we score. What the inspector actually wrote up: food manager certification.

I visited the restaurant on June 15 after having a disappointing experience at another diner. I chose to come here because I had previously had great experiences with both breakfast and lunch, so I expected the same level of excellent customer service. When I arrived, I asked the host if I could be seated at a table with an outlet. Unfortunately, the outlet did not work, and I mentioned the issue as soon as my server came to the table. I then asked for a glass of water with lemon. What happened next was extremely frustrating. My server returned with my water in his hand, but instead of bringing it to me, he walked over to two other tables to assist them, then took my water back toward the kitchen and completely ignored my request. For several minutes, I sat there waiting while feeling overlooked and disrespected. At that point, I was hungry and disappointed because my simple request had been ignored even though my water was already prepared and in his possession. I also want to clarify that I am part of the LGBTQ+ community as well, and I do not judge anyone based on who they are. My concern was strictly about the lack of attention and service I received. As a business owner, I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect regardless of background, appearance, or nationality.
