Found Fleming's after searching for a great steakhouse and this place was the best. Beginning at the location. It's not located in the tourist area so that's great. 👌 Service... From the moment your enter to the moment we left, best service! Birthday card and cute set up for the table. Also CRISTINA from Romania 🇷🇴 was the best waitress ever. So kind, professional and knowledgeable about the menu. Just a pleasure. One of the best food experiences I've had in a long time. Thank you all. Will be back again.

Restaurant is good food is amazing but there is a waitress. Her name is Samantha. She is the worst waitress that I have ever seen in my life. We got in the restaurant at 7:45 for Father’s Day. Never brought drinks for the table. Literally had to get up from the table to go to the bar to get soda or water brought everybody else’s food out took me one hour to get my salad while everybody else got their salad immediately. Bill came to $800 and this was the worst waitress I have ever had in my life if you get Samantha, your whole experience will be destroyed. Please avoid her at all cost. Unless you wanna spend your heart on money and be thirsty and hungry while you’re in a restaurant thank you Samantha for ruining Father’s Day

Update Our son was in town from New York and we had a truly superb experience our server britney was superb and made some excellent suggestion we also sampled the wagyu presentation which was awesome Courtenay the manager as always was fanatstic and checked up on us the meal was flawless very enjoyable Update June 2025 Came for a marquee birthday my sisters 70th she was in town from England Just WOW we were treated so well our server britney was truly awesome The food incredible Courtney the manager greeted us like visiting royalty she is awesome Thank you adding to new years early dinner treated like family awesome food fantastic service and a royal welcome thanks billy jared and team We are somewhat regulars at this Flemings and went for my wife’s birthday dinner From Mikey the valet to our superb welcome by the hostess and austin the gm it was superb A greeting card and lovely rose Our server Kristina is a sheer delight and we are always sharing stories about our travels This nights dinner had some serious problems but the measure of superb hospitality is how problems are overcome Jared the duty manager and Austin are true professionals We had an awesome night and will always highly recommend Flemings to our friends and clients

We made reservations for our 24th wedding anniversary. Christina was our waitress and did a da plus job taking care of us. Several people came by our table to wish us a happy anniversary. We were especially impressed with the GM Courtney, she personally helped take care of us during our dinner. We also watched how hard the front house manager Robert worked busing tables and delivering food and carrying cases of wine for restocking. Everyone was so genuinely nice and the service was top tier. We eat at all the high end restaurants for special occasions and this was by far the best experience we’ve had with the people. Food was excellent also; we started with the crab cakes, split the wedge and lobster bisque soup, and shared a 11oz filet and lobster tail with the mashed potatoes. I had the blueberry lemon drop martini and the butterfly effect (both excellent choices). They had a card, flower, and sign wishing us a happy anniversary at the table, provided us with champagne to toast, and house made chocolate truffles as an anniversary gift; all free of charge! Customer service was 5/5!!!!

The staff at Fleming's on Sand Lake Road in Orlando were truly exceptional for our 30th anniversary. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so special, with a reserved table and complimentary champagne and chocolates. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and the food was simply exceptional. I highly recommend them for any special occasion."

What can I say, this place is amazing for those that love good food and service! Be prepared to pay but 100% worth it! Free valet and beautiful place, amazing bar well worth it and super shout out to Brandon! He was amazing well mannered and super professional as well as knowledge on any questions we had. 10 stars to him and the establishment! See you soon! Oh and they have a happy hour also.

The steak was over cooked. The servicer was rude. I asked for my dessert first and the server told me that he had a full dining room and that he was not going to get my dessert first, that I would need to eat my meal first in the order it regularly comes. It took my table mate having an allergic reaction from having his salad served with nuts after letting the server know he had a nut allergy. Only after that and the manager asking what they could do to make it right did I get my dessert.

Iam all about a gorgeous views, classy and chic places, but if the food isn't delectable then what's the point?!! Well this place not only is the surrounding area chic and upscale.. the FOOD is amazing! My husband and I had the tomahawk with a side of scallop potatoes.. everything was so delicious and the tomahawk was cooked to perfection. Our server was amazing as well.. the hospitality was on point as well. Definitely we will return back!!

Best Fleming's Salad and Fleming's Potatoes I've ever had!! Have been to several different locations in Illinois and Florida. Entrees, drinks, desserts are always on the mark!

Today was a very memorable and one of the most important day of our lives. I was honored to accept my fiancé hand in marriage with the help of the amazing staff at Fleming’s it was both of our first time there so I was totally caught off guard . I was so busy enjoying all the food and the drinks I had no idea my champagne 🍾 glass had my ring 💍 inside 😂 Thank you all so much for sharing this moment with us and here’s to many more visits to come. Our party of four went here for Mother''s Day. The service was top notch. I did, however, receive a steak that was overcooked, then a replacement that was very undercooked. But the server, Cristina Dogan and the operating partner, Cortney Powers, more than made up for this by taking my steak off the bill, comping me a lobster tail AND furnishing the two ladies in our party with free drinks. And the rest of our food was excellent. So it turned out to be a very positive visit.

The steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Tender, juicy, and definitely worth the price!

Hostess and Servers were top notch

If you want a great romantic steakhouse atmosphere, this is where you want to go. It has amazing service and to top it off the food is perfect! I suggest you go early and you will feel like you’re the only people in the place. Everyone there just waiting on you.

I thought it was a "normal" nothing special steakhouse. But it surprised me very well. Service was great, waiter always paid attention. And the steaks are really high standard. I had tried many steakhouse in Orlando and this one is really upper level.

Had such an amazing experience tonight at Fleming’s. From the moment we walked in, everything was top tier — the service, the atmosphere, the food… literally all 10/10. Our server Chrissy was incredible and made the entire night feel so welcoming and special, but honestly every single staff member we interacted with was fantastic. The steaks were cooked perfectly, appetizers were amazing, drinks were on point, and the desserts were unreal. You can really tell when a restaurant takes pride in what they do, and Fleming’s always delivers. I’ve been to multiple locations over the years — Naples, Tampa, Orlando — and the consistency across the board is seriously impressive. They even took the time to celebrate my birthday early and made me feel so special the entire night. First & Foremost, the ENTIRE Flemings Team is nothing short of amazing. From the time we entered the door, and throughout our evening, every Team member was highly engaged, authentic, and extremely polite. We came for a special occasion, and the staff did a remarkable job of decorating our table and even provided complimentary champagne. The Martinis were made perfect, with ice cold glasses! Our steak came out cooked perfect, and the quality was amazing. But the best part of the entire experience was our server Kris. He was the consumate professional, very engaging, informative, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about each of the dishes and beverages we inquired about. We can all agree, having the right personality in front of the guest is an essential for the ultimate dining experience. Kris represents the Flemings Brand well. We will definitely request him next time we're in. However, something tells me that your Leadership Team will see his true potential to lead by example for others that make their livelihood as servers!
