Worth separating two things on this listing: how the food is received, and how the kitchen inspects. When front-of-house comes up here it is usually a criticism, and the ratings attached average 2.3. Freshness and temperature is the next most common subject, in 25% of reviews (averaging 2.2).
Speed of service shows up in 15% of reviews as well, averaging 2.3. Of the 20 rated reviews, 7 sit at four stars or better and 11 at two or below. Dates on these reviews range from Oct 2025 to Jun 2026. The single most common rating left here is 1 star (8 of 20).
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (96/100), 4 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. The visit behind that grade was March 23, 2026. That puts it ahead of 66% of graded kitchens in Orange County. For specifics, the last inspection cited dishwashing facilities and storage & handling of clean equipment and utensils.
Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on cleanliness, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

For the love of God put on the air conditioning. Telling customers, yeah it's hot is not a good answer. No air movement, too dark, maybe have a beer list or explain it vs. just rattling off 10 taps without saying what type of beer.

Food was good. Server was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed.

Lucas was u professional with the worst customer service. My kids wanted play the games at the game room only 3 out of the 20 games in there worked. My son did a simple bubble gum toy machine. And it tooken 4 tokens and gave no toy. Then when I went to the restaurant. Lucas wouldn't even provide me with the owners information to get my money back. After this unprofessional service and trash experience. It is not worth even trying to eat at the restaurant. I can see the other bad reviews are true. So don't waste your time or your money.

Food was not great, ordered bangers and mash and pretty sure it was hot dogs and instant potatoes. Place needed a good cleaning. Did not help that there was someone face timing on speaker while he was there with his screaming one year old that he was ignoring.
-
Phenomenal place! Been going there for several years now, and make it a point to stop by each time I'm in Orlando! Highly Recommend it! Especially if you're seeking to try Kilkenny Irish Cream Ale Beer!
-
Great little spot to get some good food and a beer . Owner was a great host

We are staying at the hotel and stopped by after flying in from Denver. We were the only ones in the place on a Tuesday at around 2pm and at first I thought it might be a bad sign but we were wrong. This place was great! Our server was super cool and the food and drinks were amazing. Everyone's food was hot and fresh and delicious. We will definitely be coming her for drinks throughout our Disney World trip!

Went for lunch and should’ve left when it was empty. Sent my food back because it was disgusting and ordered something else. Danny the bartender then stood talking shit about me to other patrons. The most unprofessional service i have ever received and would not recommend if you want food that doesn’t taste days old.
-
Terrible service- took 15 mins to get 2 beers in a basically empty restaurant while the server hit on a few patrons at the bar. Then they overcharged us by $30 on our credit card- when I called to resolve with the restaurant multiple times they kept telling me to call back later for a manager.

The food was dry and absolutely awful. Philly cheesesteak no good. Everything we ordered was no good.

If u r a fan of a good reuban please don't skip this spot! My wife said the steak & cheese is gr8 as well. That's saying something bc she gets that in every city we go (including Philly). Gr8 service and even the sweet tea is top tier! We'll be back 2morrow more stuff on the menu I want to try!

Came for the corned beef and cabbage. Huge portions, great food
-
Food was trash. Service sucked Orlando was to busy chatting with the bar and watching tv then serving our food or refills. Luckily there was gratuity cause I would have not tipped the 15% they add on.
-
Ordered fish and mashed potatoes. Fish was good. The mashed potato was awful. It was that powder stuff that you add water to
-
I had 1/2 order on fish & chips. Almost more than I could eat. Fabulous atmosphere. I'll definitely go back. Shepherds Pie was fabulous as well.
-
I ordered a reuben sandwich. I hated it, my husband got a burger and said it was as dry as the heel of a shoe. I'd never go back!

These guys were super nice and welcoming even though we came in 20 minutes to close. Ordered a few drinks and a Reuben to go. The food was super flavorable. Will definitely return on our next trip.
-
Floor sticky, added a tip for a pickup order.. Turkey wrap not very good. I only order from there because it was attached and there aren't many options close by.

Well, staying at Lake Buena Vista Resort, watched the fireworks from our rooms tonight and then walked over to this Irish Pub for dinner, party of 8. Walked in 5 minutes ago, 9:35 pm and employee said “we are only doing to go orders, closing in 20 minutes”. Mind you, google says they close today on Saturday at 10:30 pm. Never going to give them another try. So lame!
