Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
There is no middle ground in these 16 reviews. Front-of-house cuts both ways here, averaging 3.7 among the reviews that raise it.
Of the 16 rated reviews, 10 sit at four stars or better and 4 at two or below. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (9 of 16). No one in this corpus comments on the state of the room at all.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (99/100) with 1 basic violations. The visit behind that grade was May 8, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is declining, which argues for reading the older reviews with caution. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 87% of the restaurants we score. For specifics, the last inspection cited automatic gratuity notice.
The honest summary is that the evidence is mixed on both sides. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

Went just to try deep dish pizza not saying it was horrible just not for me I am a traditional pizza gal. A bit pricy
-
Ordered delivery for volleyball team to our hotel. Pizza and salad were excellent, delivered from restaurant NOT third party. Punctual, professional- great choice for a great, authentic pizza. Tavern style pizza is amazing.
-
Pizza was delivered burnt and cold. Manager was snooty and said,"sorry its not up to your standards. " ma'am this shouldn't be your standard.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We are on vacation and found the perfect pizza place! The deep-dish pizza was absolutely delicious. We ordered half with red sauce and half with Alfredo sauce, and both sides were incredible. It was honestly one of the best pizzas we've had. Our server, Mickey, was awesome—friendly, attentive, and made our experience even better. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area. Highly recommend! 🍕💯

The food was good. Had the Chicago Pizza tavern style pepperoni, I've had better back in Wisconsin so that's hard to make a comparison when you have something like that to compare it to all the same, service was excellent atmosphere. It was okay too. Not the best but it was. It was adequate

On vacation and tried to order on DoorDash 40 minutes before they advertised their closing, which was an hour before the restaurant closes. Order was denied, which is annoying because the money gets taken from your account and you have to wait 3-5 days to get a refund. As someone who works in the food service industry, if your workers are too lazy to prepare the order an hour before close, make your store unavailable to order from 2+ hours before you actually close. Would you ask customers to leave if they walked in your establishment an hour before you close?

If you haven't been to this pizza spot you need to go.

Deep dish pizza was amazing, out waiter was very accommodating and attentive!

Would not come back. Found a piece of glass in the pasta. They took it off the bill but they didnt seem too worried about it being there. Saying they "didnt find any more in the sauce". Could of been real bad if my kids ate it. Pizza was pretty wack too. Crust taste like cardboard.

We eat here every time we are in Orlando we get the stuffed pizza a small is more then enough for 4 people and you will probably have leftovers the taste is great and it has a good crust
-
Very good service and food.

Chicago style deep dish pizza is amazing. The restaurant is inviting. Twice a year we go to Florida and twice a year we get Giordano's. It's relatively expensive but worth every penny.
-
We did order delivery. The food was cold. You get charged a delivery fee and then we gave a 20% tip. The driver then text us and told us what car she was in, instead of actually bringing it to our room (she did bring it to our room because I just text my room number). The pizza was salty but good for being cold. The marina for the cheese sticks (they say they are triangles) and the bread sticks is terrible. The tomato brochetta had a ton of bosomic vinegar on it. Just not a great experience.
-
Good pizza but they got our phone-in order wrong...wrong toppings, wrong pizza type.
