People either love this place or they do not, and the ratings show it. Freshness and temperature tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 4.3 stars. After that, front-of-house appears most often — 27% of the corpus, averaging 3.7.
20 of 22 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 2 are two or lower. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (19 reviews).
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (92/100), with 8 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. DBPR last walked in on February 12, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. On health score it sits safer than 49% of the Orange County restaurants we grade. The citations behind that grade include cross-contamination and in-use food dispensing utensils properly stored.

Very good food, price, and quality.

Decent food. Healthy and over priced. No fries. Clean. Hippy yippee.

I am highly disappointed with my experience at this establishment today. My pregnant wife and I came to get healthy salads to our liking which the menu offers. When I notified cashier I had a black pepper allergy and would like a non seasoned protein on my Cobb salad She asked Roberta and everything is apparently marinated in black pepper and they could not accommodate me with any cooked on the spot unseasoned protein. I find that unbelievable and she said she can put extra bacon and egg no charge. She then charged me for Salmon and that was put on my salad with pepper. They then had to remake salad that seemed like a half size. I spoke to Roberta and she said Jeff the manager would not be in till tomorrow. She didn’t express empathy for my allergy and no suggestions on what I can eat from menu. Also said they don’t really receive allergy request in that area which made no sense especially that I’m a Food and beverage manager for a large food chain and her communication was unacceptable. I will be contacting Jeff tomorrow to further discuss this situation and horrible experience in his absence from the location.

This place is a great "quick bite" option if you are looking for something on the healthier side. I got a salad and added in some steak and chicken. The west potatoes were very yummy as well. Great salad options and I saw they also have some sandwiches and other selections. Highly recommend!
-
A lot better than my last visit a few years ago. Healthy food and portions at what I’d consider to be reasonable prices for this economy
-
It's always fresh and the service is friendly. Prices for portions size is 3-4 stars but it's worth it.

Today was my first time here and the food was delicious! Definitely coming back!

Greens & Grille is always a win for fresh, flavorful, feel‑good food. Their Mexican Street Corn is the kind you think about later — smoky, creamy, and seasoned just right. The homemade hummus tastes like it came straight out of a real kitchen, not a container, and it pairs perfectly with everything on the menu. But my favorite part? Their Build‑Your‑Own Salad. You can load it up exactly the way you want — crisp greens, bold toppings, proteins cooked perfectly — and it always comes out fresh, colorful, and satisfying. It’s the kind of place that makes eating well feel easy and delicious. Consistently great food, clean space, and ingredients that taste like quality. Greens & Grille stays in my rotation.

I was not expexting much when my coworkers took me to this place for lunch. I was so surprised, the menu was good and the food was excelent. Definitly will be added to my goto lunch places.

Several visits here, all very good. Very fresh,. Highly recommended. Would like to see the nutritional information listed somewhere.

Your Toasted Mushroom soup tastes awesome👍 and so does your Salmon & Veggies. Good service here and very social. We enjoyed sitting outside. I was wondering what the hype was about during lunch you are so busy. And got my answer hats off to the chef and staff👍

I am trying this place for the first time, and I must say, it's delicious. From the salads to the steak wrap… flavorful and fresh.

Wonderful!

I am so grateful I ventured out of my normal area and gave this a shot while in Orlando. The grilled chicken was better than Carrabbas grilled chicken, iykyk. After that first try I’m finding reasons to drive from Ocala to Orlando just for this. Each time I try different dressings. So far the sherry thyme is my fave but I have more to try.
-
Best salad i ever had, double protein, with eggs, mushrooms, Croutons, cucumber, and blue cheese with ranch dressing! Service was great everyone super friendly... when im back in Orlando Area, its a definite destination for food.

Love this place!!!!!

Love this food. Outside tables have a better vibe.

Roberta and Michael are a part of an excellent group that always are professional, courteous, and attentive. You don't find too many places that serve great food and have quality customer service. However, you don't have to sacrifice either when you go. It's a great experience every time.

The food was incredible!
-
I ordered the Californication sandwich a cup of cream of mushroom soup and the roasted sweet potatoes. This is legitimately one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I love this place. I just wish I wasn’t visiting Orlando and this was near my house because I would eat here once a week at least.

The food is very fresh and very delicious.

0/10. This place has severely declined in quality. Ordered the portobello sandwich & it was extremely dry, the bread was super stale. Also got the plate with 1 side - Chicken was unseasoned & nasty, Broccoli was UNCOOKED. I notified the staff that the food was disgusting & they refused to refund me. Terrible food & terrible service- DO NOT GO HERE.
