Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The 3.8-star average is misleading — almost nobody actually rated it that. Where the staff comes up, the rating that follows averages 4.7, so it reads as a strength.
More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 14 of 23. What nobody raises here is tidiness — it goes unmentioned across all 23 reviews. 15 of 23 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 6 are two or lower.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (94/100), 1 intermediate and 3 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. That result dates from May 27, 2026. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 56% of the restaurants we score. What the inspector actually wrote up: storage & handling of clean equipment and utensils and handwash sinks accessible.

Service was great. I loved the way they communicated and got my order out quickly and correctly. I miss the old crew you guys had though. What ever happened to the beautiful buff manager guy with the tattoos and that other handsome dark skinned Spanish guy that was a manager as well? They were so awesome and polite! You guys rock though anyways !

Great food. Even better service! Best for an on-the-go bite.

Food and employees are awesome....but what's the deal with the soda machine being down for so long?? Have come in twice in the past couple months and haven't been ae to get the amigo deal because the soda machine is down. Not cool (drink) Gringos. :(

One word....FIRE!!!

I was in the area and I thought let's go here... I had been here years ago. It was no frills. Now it's boogie and expensive, doesn't take cash, and unfortunately the food is not like it once was...

Denise the server was awesome her welcoming and warming heart made the food even better we will be coming again

Love this place! Came by last night and an older gentleman behind the counter helped me decide on my meal… and it was definitely a meal to remember!

I have never had a disappointing visit here so I am surprised to see bad reviews. They are not the best tacos in Orlando, but they are a solid delicious taco fairly priced and service is always quick.

Very expensive, quality of kitchen slightly dropped.

All the 1 stars are verified and true!! Ordered chicken taco, and it wasnt even in the taco, cheese was barely visible. And the last time it tasted very weird and extra salty. Buyer be warned. This is the 3rd time I bragged to out of towners about this place and was embarrassed. Next time I'm driving past what used to be a good eating spot. If you're reading this, goto "Taco my guey" 7 min away instead. Did I mention that this was the 3rd time?? At this point it must be intentional. A 5-year old can do better! Im fairly upset and disappointed.

Listen, I love Gringos, the prices are decent but the burritos are wonderful. They have the best hot sauce and I come back here specifically for their unique flavor profile. Although the queso is overpriced at 4$ for a small cup, it is tasty. They have a special (free chips and salsa) with purchase around late lunch time. Starting at 4pm Parking here is no bueno.

I used to walk in and tell the guy what I want. Then, they’d make it and I’d pay the person at the counter. Not you tell a screen what you want, 3 inches from the guy making it. The screen wants your phone number, birthday, and social security. They’ll sell that to some dude overseas. Go elsewhere.

Food was amazing service was nice a little wait but it was super busy and wasn’t to bad
-
The new kiosks are so basic. Restricting customers from adding extra protein, cheese, guacamole or any other extra you may want to add to your food. So my nachos are dry & they made less money
-
Everything is awesome. Brandon and Vito are very awesome and very nice . Will definitely e back

This place never disappoints. Their burritos are amazing.

These folks did a great job on my burrito.

Mo is the best

I came in they didn’t serve me food because they were closing when there was almost an hour left until they closed. I understand it was late but to not keep up the standard until then is very unprofessional and will not be coming back. Such a disappointment to a place I used to love coming to. What’s the point of being open until a specific time of they won’t honor serving anyone. Rip gringos
