What diners say — our read

This listing's ratings cluster at the two ends of the scale. Wait times tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 4.3 stars. After that, front-of-house appears most often — 29% of the corpus, averaging 3.2.

If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (14 reviews). Newer reviews score better than older ones (4.4 recent against 3.7 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average. A third strand, freshness, appears in 24% of them at 3.8 stars.

Set against that, the state's own inspection graded the kitchen an F (52/100), with 2 high-priority, 3 intermediate, and 8 basic violations recorded. Reviews describe the meal; the grade describes the conditions it was made in. DBPR last walked in on October 16, 2025. Its inspection trajectory is downward over the records we hold. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 2% of the restaurants we score. The citations behind that grade include cross-contamination.

The practical read: people enjoy eating here, and the kitchen still failed its last inspection. Those are separate claims, and only the second one gets checked by anybody. Everything above is computed from the 21 reviews reproduced below.

  • June 2, 2026

Had the mixed shawarma sandwich with xtra garlic sauce, spicy potatoes, and xtra dish of garlic sauce to go. Service was friendly and quick! Will be returning for another garlic fix soon!

Food was absolutely fantastic!! For such a small place, I was so impressed by how many options they had and how fast they got it out to us. I absolutely will b returning the next time I’m down in Orlando. Lebanese and Mediterranean food is my absolute favorite and this is up there in the top 5 restaurants I’ve been to :)

This is what I've been looking for in Orlando for a long time. It's SO good. I was spoiled for choice in Europe, this scratches that itch. Highly recommend.

I had lentil soup. It was de-licious!! Also had the baklava, I couldn't taste the honey, but it was good either way.

  • May 12, 2026

As a fast food place, I enjoyed good foods, good services there today.

The food is absolutely terrible that we actually made a point to eat beforehand because we expected it to be that bad based on our experience as can bad. The service is no better; the staff lacks even the most basic understanding of hospitalization . What’s most concerning, however, is the management. The manager is not only unprofessional but seems completely out of depth when it comes to running a venue in the entertainment space. Based on this experience, it’s hard to see how this place sustains itself long-term.

The only thing I can complain about is that they only have 2workers, 1 is running the register, the 2nd is handling the food, which results in slow service..food tastes great..remember,this is a quick service stop for Authentic Lebanese food..if you care more about food versus service it's your place to go

I ordered a platter, which they said would take about 40 minutes. As I waited, people who ordered after me got their food and mine still wasn't ready. An hour later they still didn't have it ready. More than an hour later I got the food and I waited in the store to get it. The food in the platter was COLD and there were very small portions of chicken and beef. The platter was mostly hummus and taboule. Even the rice was cold. I'm so very dissapointed that after waiting so long for them to make this food, that it was all cold. Very, very dissapointed.

We absolutely love the food here! Very delicious, and offered at a reasonable price. The Staff were friendly, and seem to work very hard at preparing meals for their Customers. If you are looking for great food at a good cost, then be sure to stop by Habibi....you will not be disappointed!

One of the best places we’ve tried in the Orlando area. They handmade everything, I saw them scooping out falafels fresh and frying them. The guy at the register was so sweet and warm and amazing. Felt very homey and cozy. Also the prices are affordable for a great meal. Don’t sleep on them they’re fantastic.

The absolute best place for an authentic shwarma!!!!! Their food is 5 star restaurant quality!! All the ingredients are fresh and made to order! I could eat here everyday of the week lol never gets old!!!! So delicious!

  • March 26, 2026

The very best food in town! Cooked with olive oil and halal meat. Meaning no garbage meat from big beef or chickens raised in cages.

  • March 25, 2026

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. There was a strong sewage smell throughout the restaurant, which is completely unacceptable. As for the food, the shawarma was clearly not fresh and seemed like it was from the previous day. The taste and quality were nothing like before. I used to be a regular customer 2–3 years ago, and the restaurant was excellent back then, but now the quality has dropped significantly. The staff were also unprofessional, and overall cleanliness was lacking. I really hope management takes this seriously and improves, because this place used to have a great reputation.

A little hole in the wall, in a stripmall, and it was awesome! The food was fast, generous, and delicious!
