HAMPTON INN LAKE BUENA VISTA

I am Hilton gold member. I selected this property since it’s close to Disney. I paid $160 per night. I stayed in room 316 where we found cockroaches in room. So if you want to stay with cockroaches I will say book this hotel. Front desk told me someone from management will reach out to me but I am still waiting for it.

My wife made reservations weeks ago. This morning the room she reserved and we were supposed to check into this evening had an issue. The hotel called and made sure the accommodations they needed to move us to were acceptable. After checking in and getting to the room the staff had left a note and a gift basket to apologize for the inconvience. This hotel is definitely one I would stay in again if the need arises.

The location is perfect, everything is very close!! SeaWorld and Disney spring in 10 minutes. The room is very clean, the staff is very nice👍🔥

The service at this hotel was exceptional—easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend it. Shortly after check-in, I received a text message asking if everything was satisfactory, which showed how much the staff cared about their guests. I had a small issue during my stay, and by the time I returned to the hotel, it had already been resolved promptly and professionally. A special thank you to Jeanne and Sarah at the front desk, as well as Silvia and the breakfast team, for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming hotel in Orlando, this is definitely a place I would recommend.

Itzel was the best! She was so friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be coming back next year because of the service she provided us. She really made a difference in our stay.

It was once again a pleasure to stay at our second "Home," the Hampton Inn Orlando/Lake Buena Vista. This time, Jeanne and Sarah were there for us with excellent customer service, understanding, and empathy. They are a true credit to the Hampton Inn chain, and we look forward to going back again soon for our 12th time. The atmosphere, as always, was serene. The room was spotless, and we had no complaints. The value was excellent, better than past offerings. We had no problems with noise; the pool was comfortable and beautiful. The treadmills, Peloton, and weights filled my daily workout needs. The location has always been amazing to us. Close enough to Disney-related stores and parks, but not in the middle of all of the hubbub and noise. The only thing we had a problem with was the $7.00 charge per parking space per night. Having said that, this is way below what other hotels charge for parking. You are given a paper to place on your dashboard to confirm that you are a guest of the hotel, and you cannot enter the hotel after a certain time unless you have your hotel key. Arrived late, Sashane was very pleasant getting us checked in. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. As always, breakfast was satisfying. This is a good location for Disney access.

Sarah at front desk was absolutely amazing. The level of customer service she has is beyond the level of expectation. Sarah makes sure that guests feel comfortable and welcomed. My family and myself will be staying at this location moving forward.

Itzel was so hospitable to the kids. The breakfast ladies saw that my husband and child were juggling several breakfast items and brought a tray. Throughout the day I saw several ladies cleaning various area of the hotel.

We stayed here for our church youth choir tour and the staff was amazing. The morning breakfast crew Ms. Lupe, Silvia and Monica were wonderful! The hotel is clean and the location is great for all parks.

Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista is now our go to I really cannot complain from the fresh smell when you first walk in to the friendly staff Sashane at the front desk just everyone is super nice and helpful. This is our fourth time staying at this hotel and it will always be our go to for now on.I’ve even send friends family coworkers all to this one location. I’m very happy we found it. Thank you to all the stuff and I’m sure we will see you again. Oh, let me also include. It is very close to the theme parks such as Disney Disney Springs, and the outlets.

I stayed here for a few days during Memorial day. The front desk reps were all amazing. The room was perfect for my visit. I even used to pool. Morning breakfast was hot and fresh with a nice selection. Definitely worth the stay. Never disappointed. Would recommend this location to anyone visiting the Disney theme parks.

We always enjoy Hampton Inn. The front desk staff were a lot of fun - great personalities, professional and helpful. Park and Fly so we left car parked there. Shuttle service on time and very nice driver. Less than 7 minute drive to airport so couldn't be much closer. $10 a day parking and didn't include the first and last days parked there. Less than airport parking rate and worth a good night's sleep before early flight

As a Gold member, I am thoroughly impressed with this property. I had a last-minute same-day booking with a 9–10 PM arrival, and Rodrigo made the entire process seamless. He was extremely accommodating, ensured my room was ready upon check-in, and provided excellent communication through the chat before I arrived. He was friendly, personable, courteous, and truly made me feel welcome. The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by plenty of food and dining options. The room was very clean and the perfect size for two people. Having both a microwave and refrigerator was a huge plus. As an added bonus, from my room on the fourth floor, I was even able to see the 10 PM Disney fireworks through the trees in the distance. Overall, a great stay and excellent customer service from Rodrigo. I would definitely stay here again.

This Hampton Inn is a great property. The grounds are well kept. The parking lot is clean and well lit. The pool area is very nice. Natalia greeted me at my arrival. She is a very good desk clerk. She is friendly and professional. She listened to my room desires of not wanting to be near the ice machine or the stairs and top floor. I like getting the exercise of taking the stairs! My room was spotlessly cleaned and very comfortable. Claudia is a very friendly housekeeper. The hotel has a fitness center. In lieu of snack machines there is a nice mini convenience shop. This is a nice addition. There are ice machines on every floor. The free breakfast is a nice perk. It's the perfect way to start the day! It is in a convenient location of the I-4! It's close to the Premium Outlets and numerous restaurants.

We were leaving universal studios the next morning and just needed a clean place to sleep. This was exactly what we needed. Not too far of a drive from the theme park, room is clean and beds are comfy!
