HAMPTON INN & SUITES ORLANDO - EAST/UCF AREA

We were in town for our son's graduation!!! I feel like this hotel is basically on campus!!! At check in the very nice clerk let us know which door to park near to be closest to our room!!! Super helpful!!! There was a nice and delicious Mexican restaurant walking distance which we loved to be able just leave the car!!! The hot breakfast was absolutely perfect with plenty of options!!! With the long day ahead we were super grateful for the nourishment.

I was pleasantly surprised of the room size. The suites are great for a large family. It was quiet for a college town hotel and clean. Location is perfect for a UCF function.

We stayed here for 4 nights with our youth baseball team. Rooms were spacious and clean, hotel property was great. Staff was amazing. Plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodations in the area!

The rooms and surrounding area was clean, and a good family oriented vibe. Our favorite part of the trip and person was Jacob the front desk receptionist.He is very helpful, and extremely funny. Our stay and his hospitality is a 10 out of 10.

We love this Hampton when we visit the Orlando area. Just recently visited the area again and made our overnight stay with them. Have stayed here maybe two or three times in the last year. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. Coffee and breakfast very good. And most importantly, the staff is outstanding! We want to recognize Rachel and Patricia for being incredibly nice and informative. We remembered both from the previous stay. They also thanked us for being Hilton members. We will be staying there again in the near future when we visit friends and family in the area. See ya'll soon!

We've come a few time and it's quiet which is nice. However, last time we could smell cannabis and it was coming through the vents which was terrible. We told them and they apologized and said next time we need to tell them right away and they might be able to do something but apparently that's a thing now... wow! So we decided to come again but unfortunately the sheets were dirty so we are quite disappointed.

This Hampton is another dependable good value hotel for business travel. Using the app means no worries about arriving late. Hot breakfast rotates the menu a little.

The beds were very comfortable. Coffee was always fresh & available. Convenient location. My suggestions are to provide non-dairy milk, tofu scramble as a vegan option & more hooks in the bathroom for towels. ⭐️ Shout out to Marvin who went above & beyond!! He made fresh coffee before we left at 4am for an early morning flight. He was friendly, helpful & kind! ⭐️

Treated very well ! ! SHOUT OUT to Rachael ♡ She went above and beyond to make us feel special for our Honeymoon/20 yr annv. ! Jacob and Marvin were also cool! The buffet was better than expected with rotating by day options like bacon, chicken sausage, smoked sausage, scrambled eggs vs. Lil Omelets, yogurt w toppings, waffles w Toppings, bagels, cereal ECT. Juices, coffees, teas, hot cocoa ♥︎ The hot tub was perfect! We didn't swim but the pool was nice! Drive to all attractions not far but SAFER area to stay. Room was clean and very nice!

Stayed for a concert in October. Marvin checked us in and was great!! He was so cheerful and pleasant. He asked why we were there and we told him for the concert. When we headed out to the Arena he was playing our band and the air guitar! That was so cute and made us all smile. The room was ok, but Dany did not do their job well. There was a cupcake left over from the previous guest as well as trash under the table. The location was good, area was good. We walked back from the Addition Financial Arena and it was a nice walk. The highlight of our stay was for sure Marvin!!

This place is great! The management and staff are among the most responsive and engaged I have ever experienced. Warm, engaging front desk team. Regular checkins from management via text to be sure we are doing well. And an excellent location right by UCF. Again, this place is great! We had a terrible experience at the Port Canaveral Hampton Inn last weekend (never stay there - most unresponsive management team ever), so it's been nice to have Hampton Inn redeemed in our hearts again with this experience at Orlando/UCF. Thank you!

Front desk assistant was rude and disrespectful. Forced me to leave the front entrance while I was waiting for a ride. Lied and said that I made a mess in the bathroom. Very impatient and lacked proper etiquette, besides that the hotel itself wasn’t too bad. I recommend it only if that individual is not on shift!

We have come to this place many times over the last few years. Always welcoming, always kind. It’s a great stay, service and breakfast. Go!

Conveniently located near UCF, restaurants and shops. Rooms were modern and very clean. Breakfast included and open til 10am. Fast free wifi. Plenty of parking.
