My go-to place before Canaveral cruises

Great hotel, excellent food, and attentive staff.

Edit: the manager on duty and housekeeping supervisor rectified the situation immediately. You can tell they really do take pride in the cleanliness and they were very shocked to find this. Everything was fine until we realized we slept on black mold last night. Actually switched to this hotel after reading all the rave reviews online. Will update when/if I get a response from management. Unfortunately this was not noticed until the morning due to arriving late and not expecting everything before.

Valerie is such a wonderful, attentive, and kind bartender. She made my drinks so quickly and the captains colada was phenomenal! 10/10 recommend 💓

Right by the airport. Very clean and staff was very nice and friendly. Pool was very relaxing and they had a fireplace with rocking chairs as well.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn for a vacation and it was great experience the staff was very helpful especially Carmen when it came time for breakfast. She was patient and very hospitable!

We stayed here during a 24-hour layover and had a great experience. The shuttle service was excellent—Adrian picked us up and was very friendly and polite. Check-in was fast and easy, thanks to Maddox for making the process smooth. The kids enjoyed swimming in the very clean and refreshing pool. Juan, our other shuttle driver, was also very polite and helpful in getting us to our airport terminal. Thank you all for your outstanding service and hospitality! We truly appreciated it.

Storms at my destination delayed my flight so United provided me free flight rebooking with hotel and meal vouchers. I chose this Hampton from their list of eligible hotels and glad that I did. Friendly helpful staff, quick airport shuttle, spacious clean suite, decent free breakfast, a surprisingly well-equipped fitness center, and easy access to several restaurants across the street. If I need a hotel near the airport again in the future, this will be my go-to hotel. Highly recommended.

I wanted to give a special thank you to Irma at Hampton Inn. During my stay, I realized I had more belongings than would fit in my suitcase and was stressed about what to do with the items I had to leave behind. Irma went above and beyond by helping me carefully package everything so I could have it shipped later. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. It’s rare to come across someone who takes the time to help a guest in such a thoughtful way, and her kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. Fleas in Orlando, bedbugs in Newark! Hotel staff simply brought a key for a new room. No communication, no apologies. Just blood suckers…. Second Hilton family hotel in less than 3 months with bugs! DE had bedbugs and Orlando fleas! Never staying with this chain again! DISGUSTING!

Great rooms with comfortable beds. Great full breakfast every morning. Very fast airport shuttles with great drivers, Juan and Adrian were amazing!!

Good quality for the price. Missing a few small things, like closet, luggage rack and make up mirror, but overall great for the price. Beds were comfortable and the service was outstanding. I would return.

Carmen's coffee and coffee station are excellent.

Great location and building cleanliness. Didn't like the paying for a parking at the location though. Also had a good selection for breakfast with a clean outdoor swimming area. Really all I was able to experience in my short stay.

The room was clean and perfect.. after getting in at 2am .. and very tired.. we had to go back to the front desk twice - due to the key not working.. great room - just not a seamless experience

We stayed here for a Sunday night in March before our cruise out of Port Canaveral. Property is great! Airport shuttle is maybe 7 minutes from the terminal. Rooms are spacious and clean and well equipped. Front desk staff is great too. And don’t forget breakfast the next day. Lots of choices and food is good and fresh. Highly recommend staying here whether catching a cruise or a flight.

As a Hilton Diamond member, I expect a basic level of professionalism and customer service — neither of which I experienced at the Hampton Inn–Gateway Village. I accidentally took an Uber to the wrong Hampton Inn location today, (apparently there are two Hampton Inns just .5 miles from one another); and the front desk clerk, “Jailady” (sp?), showed absolutely no professionalism while informing me of the mistake. No eye contact, no effort to help, and she even snickered at my confusion before walking away. Considering this is clearly a common mix-up, I was surprised there was no attempt to assist or even offer their shuttle to the correct hotel. Instead, I ended up dragging my suitcase half a mile across a major road to the Hampton Inn Orlando International — which was a completely different experience: modern, clean, and staffed by professional, welcoming employees. Avoid the Gateway Village location.

Emily helped us with our transport and room accommodations and was a fabulous, friendly, competent person. I expected airport noise and it didn't bother me. The room was clean and comfortable. A lady named Carmen was fabulous serving breakfast this morning. She is kind, calm and helpful to everyone.
