What diners say — our read

Reviews here split hard: 11 five-star against 5 one-star, with little in between. Opinion on service is split — those reviews land at 3.6 on average. After that, tidiness appears most often — 38% of the corpus, averaging 3.9.

If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (11 reviews). A third strand, freshness, appears in 17% of them at 3.3 stars. Older reviews score better than newer ones (3.0 recent against 3.6 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average.

On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (96/100), with 1 intermediate and 1 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. DBPR last walked in on February 12, 2026. That puts it ahead of 66% of graded kitchens in Orange County. The citations behind that grade include handwash sinks accessible and employee personal belongings.

This is a listing where the two measures each tell half the story. Everything above is computed from the 24 reviews reproduced below.

What a bargain! We were on a road trip and needed a hotel room for a good price right near the Florida Turnpike. This hotel was clean, updated, quiet, and had free parking, an exceptional free breakfast, and an easy check-in/check-out process. The beds were comfy, the shower was hot, and the shower (cruelty-free) products were better than I expected in big, full dispensers that worked well. And our total cost was $117 booked through Hilton Honors. Thanks to Christina at the front desk and Arlette on text for the helpful customer service!

Out of several Hampton inn I’ve stayed in Orlando this was by far my least favorite. Overall it’s a smaller hotel. The rooms are super tight with half a closet that barely fits a suitcase and not much room with kiddos. There’s a few attention to detail items that need improvement for cleanliness. The tubs are naturally dirty with moldy caulking, our room had ants issue, the seat next to the bed was stained, which made me feel uneasy about the rug floor with a baby. I went to the pool and it was so full of bugs I could not get in… at that point I went to the front desk and was given an apology and told it gets cleaned daily and that was about it. On the way back another guests that heard me told me they just finished giving the same complaint as they are also Hilton brand vacationers from another country and have not seen it this bad. The breakfast was comparable to other hotels. The location was fine. However, I would not pick this specific hotel again.

Made arrangements to be here for the shuttle service. Shuttle only comes at 8am and returns at 5pm or 8pm. Parks close at 9pm or 10pm so it's totally useless. Staff wouldn't get 2 (total of 4) waters, even though my reservation was made for 4. Worst Hilton property I've stayed at. Dated and low tier.

Arrived at the hotel room smelled like mold and mildew had immediate allergies let front desk know , they offered to move me to. Different floor , that room smelled just as bad just had air full blast my throat started hurting informed front desk I couldn’t handle the mold and mildew smell we were going to have to leave, they refused to refund me for both nights said they would do one night refund … that was the best they could do… we didn’t touch anything in the room and arrived on time … if we could have stayed we would of but the mold and mildew smell was terrible . We came for my son’s birthday trip . Luckily a hotel nearby had a room for both nights and upgraded us to a bigger room for smaller room cost unfortunately the hotel property refuses to refund me in full. Very disappointed in Hampton inn , booking.com as well as Hilton honors ! We will not be using any of those anymore ! I will continue to send letters emails and messages . We would have stayed if we could if the smell was terrible!! Do not go if you can’t breathe mold and mildew!!

The hotel is located in Orlando, Florida. It is an excellent location and approximately a 20 minute drive to Disney World, SeaWorld and the airport. They have free parking, free Wi-Fi and a free breakfast buffet. The rooms are nice and clean. It has,a small gym and pool area. Enjoyable family vacation with many excellent restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was clean, cold A/C comfy bed, and the digital key actually worked! It’s my 2nd time staying here, and will probably be my go-to hotel since it’s close to everything

The hotel was clean, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The only unpleasant part of our stay was the woman working in the breakfast area. She constantly got in guests’ way and came across as unfriendly and passive-aggressive. It seemed as though she did not enjoy her job, which negatively affected the overall atmosphere during breakfast. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

If you want bed bugs then this is the place to stay… we had the kids on the bed playing uno and I seen something crawling and I got to looking the bugs were every where and also babies spiders crawling all over the head board at the mattress nope I told the front office and a guy came back and said he didnt see anything they asked if we wanted another room I said no sir I have pics I would like my money back

Loved this place so much. I will definitely be back. The staff were incredible and I can’t complain. If you have anything bad to say, you are just entitled and always a complainer. The breakfast was delicious. The shuttle was really convenient. The pool was nice and so much more.

    Ángela services was really excellent

I am writing a 1 star for numerous reason, and ultimately, because they did not want to call me. It shows their true customer service.||First, while I understand that early check-in is not guaranteed, I specifically requested a room on the second floor in advance. Instead, I was assigned a room on the third floor without any notice or discussion. After the fact, staff questioned me about my medical condition as justification for the issue. Being in a Legal Healthcare world, I found this highly inappropriate and invasive. My private medical information is protected health information (PHI), and I should not have been placed in a position where I felt pressured to disclose personal health details simply because my room request was ignored.||Second, housekeeping left a disturbing and unprofessional note during our stay. What was most frustrating was not only the incident itself, but the complete lack of a sincere apology afterward. Rafael repeatedly minimized or brushed aside the matter rather than addressing it professionally and respectfully.||Additionally, the service we received from staff throughout the stay was consistently poor. At one point, my partner requested a single yogurt due to an early departure, and staff responded with unnecessary attitude and snarky remarks over such a simple request. That interaction was completely unwarranted and reflected poorly on the hotel’s customer service standards.||Off the elevators of the 3rd floor was totally gross. Pizza boxes…

This was the worst stay I ever experienced at a Hilton brand chain hotel. The lobby smelled like tobacco even though signs everywhere stated that the facility was a no-smoking property. The same kids hung out daily in the hallways around the front desk (not sure if they belonged to the owners or employees), breakfast was subpar and the shuttle arrived when it wanted to (the sign stated - shuttle arrives 15-20 minutes late) but it was more like 30 minutes. The night we arrived, the hot water was out. We were not told this by staff at check in, but by another guest standing in the lobby. We checked in around 10pm - the guest informed us that the issue had been ongoing for hours. Why wouldn’t this vital information be relayed to ALL guests at check-in so we could decide if we wanted to check in. Once checked in, I was told I couldn’t receive a refund or be relocated to another hotel because of the semi-flex rate I booked under. I do understand things happen, however, disclosure and information is imperative to me and ANY PAID guest of an establishment and the expectation of comfort comes with the PAID experience! I was disgusted by this experience and the exchange and lack of transparency and customer service. I will never, ever stay here again. Bathrooms, hallways, elevators, rooms, carpets are all dated. I requested a late checkout on the final day of my stay. This information apparently was either not relayed or was ignored. 11:07am the cleaners are knocking on the door. I…

To be completely honest I'm a little disappointed with what has transpired yesterday at trying to modify my room to check in today. That I had to end up canceling my rooms all together. I felt that I was just told there's nothing they could do and was dismissed. Here's a small refund when all I truly wanted was to find a room for my daughters dance competition,I didn't care much about the money and just wanted to be accommodate.I feel management could have been a little better with my situation and could of helped me out with trying to make it work. I give it two stars because I wish I could have been better handle.

This is an older hotel in need of updating. Good people and service. Included breakfast is decent. Close to Universal Studios. But, the room….no frills. The shower head is either stinging you it’s so strong or barely covering if you use “spray” setting. Counter is so small the faucet has to sit sideways. Counter height is perfect for a 5 year old. No tv streaming or channel guide. Kind of gloomy and no hot water the second night. Hot water was back by morning. Oh yeah, the pool, it’s closed without explanation. There is no place to sit and relax outside. We wouldn’t stay here again and are disappointed with Hilton. We’ve stayed at Hamptons before that are much more comfortable.

We stay at this hotel 6 or more times a year and have a wonderful experience every time. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful at any hour. The managers are excellent as well! The breakfast staff ensures no food runs out EVER. My children love the afternoon cookies too! If any items are needed (extra towels, etc.), housekeeping is quick to respond. |The beds are the most comfortable I’ve slept on while vacationing!|The drive to Disney is easy! If you’re visiting to experience Universal, it is super close with a morning shuttle from the hotel. We (family of 5) highly recommend this hotel. You can’t beat the value and convenience of this location.
