Great Food And Amazing Employees 👏

I did a mobile order today, pick up was at 5:45pm When I arrived I got there early. As I was patiently waiting for my food, I realize a plethora of young kids working for the company. There were two older individuals. One seems to be a general manager, and the other seems to be a trainer, which is a older Caucasian salt and pepper, hair, female all I can say is she needs to learn some patience and she needs to be retrained on how to train others first off when you hire somebody with experience or not they do not know the companies way they will have to be trained properly to learn the companies way on top of that if it’s a person first time having a job like a teenager, you definitely have to show patients just because the person been there for 3000+ years does not mean that they are entitled or capable of having a title of a lead person or training someone so I definitely needs to investigate it before you guys lose people that only doesn’t have to work like we all have to work but potential long-term candidates on the job!!!! I get it as you get older. You tend to be setting your ways but when you’re working with teenagers, or more so the same young adults you have to be patient with them. You can’t run the restaurant by yourself so you gotta learn to have once again some patients leadership nowadays day is going to be put in a situation to where it’s going to humble them for forcefully. The worse ever, not what I expected from Hardee's, everything was of cold and tasted old.

Great food!! Awesome interior with plants and stuff like restaurants used to have. Very nice place. The owner came up to me and my fiance and asked how we were doing and had a nice conversation with us. The food was exceptional, the service was fast and Dorothy, the very nice lady at the register, was amazing.

Very rude customer service. Meanwhile they messed up on my order and didn’t even use my coupon. The supervisor states she can’t do anything about it , and that even the owner is going to say the same thing? I would appreciate it if someone reached out to me please.

Food tastes good upscale version of a mcdonald's to me. It is in a bad location Unfortunately, but the service is amazing. And the people are great that work there.

Food was great, employees were great, probably the best hardees I've been to! If you're in the area it is definitely worth the stop!
