The Combinacion Cubano was a platter with many must-try delights- the stuffed cassava, pork bites, croquettes were so flavorful, as was everything on the Montuno Havanero entree. Our server was very kind, and helped us decide which plates we needed to try. I loved the lively Cuban music playing in the background.

Was meeting up family members for a different restaurant But saw it was a Cuban restaurant across. So I decided to get some coffee before I had some Chinese food. I walked in and the person behind the counter was not very Inviting no nice, I asked for a Cuban coffee Add with a attitude She told me it's only for dine in. What a way to lose money

Place is trash. Server was very rude when we tried to purchase 4 cups of coffe. Server told us “they weren’t Starbucks,” and we could only purchase coffee with food as a dine in customer. Good luck with business.

    Wonderful

Was the closest thing I've found around here to what I'm used to in Miami. This is good, traditional Cuban, not that blended influence stuff from Tampa or other areas. Not cheap but everything was tasty. The Cuban shot was as close to what we made at the warehouse as you can get.

I was invited to dinner with some coworkers and holy cow did they make the right call picking this place! If you want authentic, made with love, Cuban cuisine - this is your spot! I’m a sucker for mofongo and theirs is amazing. I splurged a little on the snapper (worth it!) but there are a lot of cheaper options on the menu that looked incredible.

I absolutely love this place! Tony is an amazing host who makes you feel welcomed and at home—like family—every time my husband and I visit. Recently, I had guests visiting from New York and decided to bring them here, and everyone loved it. The food, the friendly atmosphere, and the warm hospitality made the experience memorable for all of us. We ordered the whole snapper, lobster, shrimp mofongo, and the white bean soup. Both times I’ve visited, I ordered the snapper—first in garlic sauce and this time the whole fried snapper—and both were absolutely amazing. Finding restaurants that serve whole fish and season it perfectly in every bite is rare. As Jamaicans, we truly appreciate well-cooked, flavorful food, and this Cuban spot is definitely a gem! Everything tastes like a Cuban home-cooked meal. The flavors were incredible, and the food came out hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell this isn’t quick, cheap cooking—this is real cooking with authentic ingredients and care in every dish. Highly recommend!

It has been six years since our last visit. They met and exceeded our expectations. We arrived about 2:30 in the afternoon. The decor was accented by local paintings and was clean and modern. The owner greeted us with a warm smile and a familiar conversation. We settled in and ordered. We had the fried Red Snapper (Whole), rice, black beans, and sweet plantains. While we waited We had virgin Pina ~ Coladas. The food was deliciously. We ended our visit with aromatic Cuban coffee and a delightful custard dessert.

Food was AMAZING and Tony provided PHENOMENAL Service!! If I could rate this place 10 stars I would! Will definitely be back & highly recommend the Sangria, Marquita's, Lechon asado & the flan de coco too!!!

I have visited this Cuban restaurant spot over the last 10 years when visiting the area for work and it is consistently great. The portions are large. The owner is very accommodating. And the apps and main entrees are terrific. My friends also felt it was excellent. I am not Cuban, but I can state the food is excellent. It’s not a chain. Locally owned. And very clean! Highly recommend.

Updated Review- 2026 We keep coming back because the food is really good—true Cuban food. The owner removed the service fee, which we didn’t see on the receipt and really appreciated. We still left a 20% tip. Great food and a pleasant experience 👍 Previous- 2025 Every time we come here to Orlando we visit this little place because the food is really good . What we didn’t like is they add the tip and this should be optional . My husband wanted to give the waitress cash and a little more but the tip was already added to the bill ….

  • February 1, 2026

We walked in around 3:30 on a Saturday and it was completely empty. Why, I don’t know, because the food and service were excellent. My child had the palomilla with white rice and my mom and I both ordered the ropa vieja with moros (they call it congri). Everything was super flavorful. Is it a little expensive? Yes, but considering it’s in a touristy neighborhood, that’s to be expected. The server (possible owner?) was very friendly. I will absolutely be visiting again in future visits to Orlando.

Food is delicious 😋 My husband and I enjoyed dining here. We wemt twice while we stayed at Crown Plaza for the weekend..We definitely will return. Every person we told about it they said the same thing. 10/10. Love it!

Delicious! Ox Tail is amazing, skirt steak was melt in your mouth and the pork bites with yucca, tamale and plantains - yum! Sooo good. Down here from WI on a work conference and this choice was bussin’

  • January 15, 2026

The food, service, and atmosphere was awesome. Don’t miss this spot if you are in the area, you will not be disappointed!

  • January 14, 2026

The owner here makes phenomenal recommendations. We got the oxtail, the skirt steak with chimichurri, and the slow cooked pork. All were absolutely delicious and melted in our mouths. The plantains were cooked perfectly: crispy outside, sweet and tender inside. If you would like to experience Cuban food for the first time or want the best Cuban cooking available, you must try this restaurant. Humble, engaging, honest, friendly, and incredibly delicious food.
