Service and location is perfect!! The only issue are the beds. The beds are very uncomfortable. We switched rooms and it was a little better but you feel like you have been in an accident when you wake up. If you like extra extra firm, you will be fine. Everything else was great!!

Close to attractions, there is an option to take hotel shuttle to parks. Rooms are clean and modern. Service was great! Staff were professional and helpful. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the care and concern for our poolside waiter, Esteban. We had squirrels that were a bit bothersome while eating, they stole our food in the cabana a couple of times. Esteban kept checking on us and accommodated us as best he could.

Love staying here, always clean and the staff are very helpful. The only downside is the mobile data reception on the lower lever is spotty at best. Missed so many calls during the conference, very disappointing. Not a fan of the sports bar restaurant on the lower level by the pool. Paid 24$ for a hamburger and fries. Ate less than half of the meal, my tummy was sick the whole next day. I had to take the left overs out of the room just to get rid of the smell.

While the hotel is stunning and the swimming pool area is beautiful, there are two issues I felt bothered me the most. They charged us $43 for a day pass to be in their pool, our server seemed rude and unwilling to help us. We had to flag other servers to get their attention. We get it, they have a ton of people to serve. However, we witnessed some people getting checked on multiple times while we were skipped over. When I tried to get his attention, he would say give him a minute, he is helping someone else. Another thing, most day passes properties have basic showers in their bathrooms. Most people are using it to bypass time before their flight home or check in. We all had to fly home with chlorine all on our body. Lastly, when we left the parking garage, there was an older black man named TJ showing severe signs of deterioration whether from heat or another medical issue. I did call and I advised them of this and he advised it would be taken cared of. I called today to check in on him because the man was moving excessively slow, non verbal and seemed disoriented. The young lady that answered had no compassion for an old black man and basically said I wouldn’t know nor can I disclosed that information. Ma’am, we wanted to make sure this man was alive I don’t need details. The lack of compassion alone from her and lack of awareness of elderly working in outside extreme heat conditions , would be enough for me to never comeback here.

Hilton Orlando is awesome! From floating in the Lazy River to having great food & drinks by the pool, this is the place to stay! Ask for Ayanna at the pool.. such great service and very friendly! Hilton Orlando is the BEST!!

We had a great Father’s Day at the cabana by the adult pool. Esteban was very attentive and even found us in the pool to see if we needed anything. Can’t wait to return.

I wanted to update my original review after hearing back from the management team at eforea Spa at the Hilton Orlando. After my initial experience, the manager reached out to us directly, listened to our concerns, and made a genuine effort to make things right. My mother and I decided to give the spa another try, and I am very happy to say that our second visit was a completely different experience. The staff was wonderful, welcoming, and provided the level of service we originally hoped for. Everyone has a hiccup from time to time, and what stood out to me was that once the team was aware of what happened, they truly went above and beyond to address it. That effort and accountability were very much appreciated. I always believe in giving credit where it is due, and I appreciate the team for taking the time to turn around what started as a disappointing experience. Thank you for listening and making it right — we had a lovely visit the second time around.

Daycation at the water park was a nice way to spend the day!

Best run Hilton in Orlando ! From being able to self park easy access to hotel lobby smooth easy check in with great staff that smile and welcome is a Great first impression. The wife and kids enjoyed the outlets and pool area so enjoyable great lounge to have a cocktail and relax in the beautiful lobby. Great for families or you and your partner for a getaway this property has everything you are looking for CLEARLY this hotel must have a strong supporting upper management team that is responsible for this hotel being a huge ! Hilton has a great location close to Universal Studios.

We are staying at the Hilton for the AAU junior volleyball national championships. There is covered walkway all the way to the convention center from the Hilton. The rooms were exceptionally nice, and the staff has been extremely friendly. I wanted to give a shout out to a young man by the name of Tyson Tran At the Tropics Pool. Tyson took care of our food and beverages today and he was the kindest young man! Of course, my daughter also wanted me to add that he was very handsome!

Ayanna was amazing with cabana service. Only waitress serving all of the cabanas in our area and she didn’t miss a beat!

Shuttle to Universal was easy to use and convenient

This is very large property directly attached to the Orange County convention center and all of that phenomenal space. The hotel has its own convention of meeting space. There are several restaurants. The quick service is very well staffed well appointed and reasonably priced. Their sitdown options are varied and very diverse menus. If you are a Hilton Honors member you get a card for 15% off, which is very valuable. Their exercise room spa are outstanding. A massive pool with a lazy river. All the kids will love. The property approximately 15 to 20 minutes away from airport just a few few moments from SeaWorld and very close to universal Orlando. Although it is a large hotel and very busy the staff seem to have time for everybody that needs service. Housekeeping has done a phenomenal job my entire day. The rooms are super clean. The beds are firm and high-quality bedding.

Gaylon at pool bar was amazing

The pool area is amazing! Gaylon P. was an outstanding server at the pool! From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. His recommendations were spot-on and truly enhanced our experience. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We can’t thank him enough and hope to see him again on our next visit!
