HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS & SUITES - LAKE NONA

We stayed for one night prior to our cruise. Friendly, helpful staff assisting all of our needs. Free breakfast was great. Pool was clean and had steps to enter for a person with a disability. Our room was clean and came with a beautiful view of Lake Nona. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Overall, we had a great experience!

Very disappointed with my experience. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to travel and could not make it to town for my reservation. I contacted the hotel hoping they would show some understanding and flexibility, but they refused to provide a full refund and would only offer a partial refund based on their policy. While I understand businesses have policies, customer service should also take unexpected life events into consideration. The lack of compassion and willingness to work with guests in difficult situations was extremely frustrating. I expected better customer service and a more reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression, and I would think twice before booking here again.

This hotel is a great stay and is close to the Pioneers facility as well as many dining establishments.

Very reasonable price centrally located, but I would never stay there again. Bed are uncomfortable. Air-conditioning was broke. Had to be moved to a different room. Showered had hair on the floor.

We chose this location because of their available EV charging, but I am rating the overall stay at 2 stars because of this. The price for charging came out to $1 per kWh. For context, you pay 15 cents per kWh at home, and commercial rate here is 6 cents per kWh. That's a 94% mark-up. Whoever overseas EV charging rates for Holiday Inn needs to revisit the pricing here. Even at DC Fast chargers and Supercharger locations, the price is only 38 cents kWh. You could make the allegation that this is price gouging. A normal fill up costs $15 but would cost $70 here. That's like paying hundreds is dollars for one tank of gas. The hotel stay was fine, it was noisy so ask to stay on the non road side, the noise was disruptive. The breakfast was good and the room was clean and the hotel felt safe in a nice area. Just complaints about noise and EV charging rates.

The rims are showing their age, however they are mostly clean with a few she signs in the bathroom; mildew, popped tiles, warped linoleum, etc. Nothing earth-shattering and the staff is extremely friendly.

Bed was very uncomfortable. There was hair from someone in the sheets. Carpet had stains and the towel rack was basically falling off the wall. Staff was awesome. The need to pay better attention to club members and their requests, none were honored or acknowledged. For a place to sleep, hopefully you get a better bed, but all in all, a decent place to stay.

Perfect location. Walking distance to a lot of cute stores, ice cream shop, lakes, views, eating places. Wonderful pick up service to and from airport. Just make sure to purchase water :)

Great for one night visit to Orlando. It has everything you need. The only downside is the traffic in the area

Hotel was fine. They were doing some carpet work during our stay so the baseboards were pulled off in the hallway, which we did not know until we got to our floor. The breakfast was good but staff could have been more attentive when stuff was running out and replace it before we had to wait until the cooked more. Super convenient location to a shopping complex including walmart, which was a high need for us to buy supplies for our vacation that we didnt want to pack and fly with.

Overall my stay was Great! I slept like a baby here! Nice and clean rooms.

We stayed for one night after arrival into MCO . The welcome was very warm and friendly. Room was immaculate and the service from staff was impeccable. They are extremely helpful. We had a minor disturbance due to redecorating carpet works outside our room, but hopefully this will all be done before you stay! We would definitely stay here on our next visit to Orlando.

The hotel is in the middle of everything, the distances for our activities were very short, the room, and the staff were perfect, I will recommend highly

Enjoyed this day the only thing that I would change is, I would update the outside around the pool and make sure all the key strikes are working as they should and possibly make somewhere like a little playground for little kids

We stayed here for a local soccer tournament, and were very happy with how close this hotel was to our fields. The hotel was well kept with staff that went above and beyond for our stay. We would stay here again! Only improvement would be a better quality breakfast selection (non-turkey sausage 😂)

Eles não limpam os quartos, não recolhem o luxo, não arrumam as camas. Chegamos no sábado, estamos saindo na terça e nunca tivemos o lixo recolhido. Não trocavam toalhas, tínhamos que arrumar os lixos das compras. Avisamos várias vezes na recepção. Mas não fomos atendidos.

Good bed

The air conditioning didn’t work well, the chair in the room looked like someone bled to death in it, and staff burned food, setting off the fire alarm at 5 in the morning. I would not recommend this location.

I stayed here to watch the launch of Artemis II since mostly everything was booked in Titusville, FL. The front desk service was great. However to start the lighting in the parking area could be improved. It is very dark in the parking lot at night. Then for my entire stay in the morning / night the water to the sink, and shower would stay super cold. And would barely even get warm. But during the middle of the day the water would only get hot around that time. I get that there are a lot of guests all using the water at the same time. But for a hotel the water system should be able to compensate for that. Also on my last day at the hotel, the fire alarms to each room woke everyone up including me super early in the morning. For paying $679 the stay could have been better.
