Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
These 24 reviews do not converge on a single verdict. Reviews mentioning front-of-house average 3.6 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it. After that, cleanliness appears most often — 25% of the corpus, averaging 4.2.
A third strand, value for money, appears in 17% of them at 3.7 stars. Of the 17 rated reviews, 11 sit at four stars or better and 3 at two or below. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (8 of 17).
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (100/100) and no violations cited. The visit behind that grade was April 21, 2026. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 100% of the restaurants we score. No violations were recorded at that visit, which is the cleanest result available.
This is a listing where the two measures each tell half the story. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

Lovely hotel. Staff are brilliant, nothing is tooyvj trouble they will help wherever they can, if not they will check and get you and answer. We asked for our room to be cleaned early as some days er went back no problem at all. Easy access to i4. You can walk to Vineland outlet 30-30mins catch the iride for I drive, SeaWorld and squatica easy. Applebee's no longer there but holiday Inn planning their own restaurant. Tiki bar at pool currently undergoing a refurbishment but no lapse in service, Lisa is brilliant, remembers your drink and is so friendly. Pool area lovely with kids activities, hot tubs (and they are hot) shade where needed and never been over crowded. Didn't use shuttle so no comment on that. Outside; there are fast food (Wendy's, McDonald's, chick filet) Walgreens, dollar tree in easy walking distance (5 mins tops) as well as gift store, mini golf, Starbucks and Dunkin donuts. 7-11 next door. For these turn left out of hotel. If you drive right under the bridge there are further restaurants etc. It's a lovely hotel but at this moment they are doing a breakfast which we looked at and thought for $14 definitely not worth it, there is a golden Corral 3 mind walk aest (turn right) with so much choice and better value, although there is a fridge and microwave in room so you can do a quick brekky, there us a Keurig with coffee pods and tea provided, we prefer our tea and bring a kettle. There are washing machines and dryers, card only operated $3.50 . We like it,…

While the rooms and location are ok, the overall experience is a little sub-par. We were placed on the 6th floor, which is fine... except that they set the hall AC to 82 and its musty. Hot wet smell isnt a confidence booster. While there is construction, the hotel is a bit challenging to navigate and the recurring feeling it hasn't been well maintained keeps lingering. A lot is in the details: the parking gate is awkward to navigate, buildings arent clearly labled, and portions feel dated. Some is nice. Some is... "whyd they do that?" Staff is... variable. Some are good. Some very very slow. Not a bad experience but given options id book elsewhere next time.

My room AC didn't work. The room smelled. When I informed the desk they didn't offer any help for my 3 night stay.

The location is great. It is between everything and very close to the Universal parks. The room was big. We booked a room with a bunk bed section for kids. The room needed some very minor maintenance, which I ignored. The staff is helpful. One of our friends got a room with a bad smell, and they replaced it immediately. Home service is great, and the pool is big and clean. The shuttle bus service is useless. There is only one shuttle bus to Universal Studios, and it leaves at 7 a.m., before the park opens. My plan was to use it to save on parking, but it didn’t work. I am adding a pic for bus schedules.

A bit tricky to get in and out of the parking lot but over all great
-
Makes you pay apart, had no towels at the pool overpriced and staff don’t speak any English!! Not worth the money
-
Great location and ammunition that we enjoyed with family on my son's birthday

Everyone working at the hotel was kind and knowledgeable. The room was nothing fancy but it was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was under construction when I stayed which was a little inconvenient for breakfast but there are nearby options for dinner and a mini mart in the lobby. The only bad part of my stay was the shuttle service through a third party to the Disney Parks. The first two morning drop offs are only at Epcot and it was not straightforward to get to the other parks. Buses don’t run to Animal Kingdom until 10am, getting to Magic Kingdom needs two monorails, etc. Though the schedule changed seasonally, the pick up times were late in the evening after most of the parks had been closed.

Hotel is fairly new and pretty clean. Pool is nice. Transportation is awful. They say that they are within walking distance to downtown disney but it is almost a 2 mile walk which isn't terrible but.... just be aware of that if you have young kids, elderly people, or anyone that has trouble walking for more than 20-30 minutes. They offer no shuttles to downtown disney. The only shuttles that they offer are one to seaworld for the whole day and only four shuttles to magic kingdom. If you want to go to the other parks you have to transfer from magic kingdom. They are not very helpful with info on transportaion either. Would be a great place if they had better shuttle service.

Only been here for 3 days out of the 14 we've booked but already know that we'll be back cannot fault it in any way

All of the staff was super nice and friendly. Check in was a breeze. The pool was great, the hot tubs could be warmer. The onsite restaurants were closed so that was kind of a let down. Also, the $14 adult breakfast was kind of a rip. It was just basic continental breakfast foods that is normally free at other hotels.

The hotel is very very good, the lobby amazing, the room super clean, the staff so friendly and kind, always nice and helpful, and the best of everything was Miss Judith 💕 she so sweet and fun, we really enjoyed our birthday boy vacation because of her ❤️ she plays fun games every hour at the pool for the kids, if you win you get a price (really nice price for kids) She is always taking care to the stuff that people needs and she helps and talk with a smile 😊 thank you Miss Judith you are the best and beyond ✨

Nice rooms. Hotel is hard to navigate. If you make a wrong turn you’ve really messed up. I walked in circles until I figured it out.

No incluye desayuno.
-
Room was clean and very quiet which I appreciate. Further away from Universal Studios. Took us around 20 mins to get there thru heavy traffic. And if your on a budget not the place for you. $14 per person for breakfast (cheaper at Ihop down the street) and $20 a day to park your car there which I feel is a dig to get more money out of you.

Great R&R. Family enjoyment. Great Hospitality

We had an enjoyable stay recently at Holiday Inn in Orlando, Florida. The location, room for a family of 6, and the pool are all reasons to stay there. The cost was fair and my points, as a IHG member, grew. Try them out next Orlando trip you make!

She was a really nice lady , Geisha helped us out a lot with getting us our essentials like towels and other things .

Great place
-
The rooms are very spacious and nice. Just a little outdated and some stained furniture. Other than that the hotel is very nice and well kept. Sheets, bedding, and everything else were very clean!!
-
-
Excellent location, close to the outlets and Disney Springs, be aware that traffic in that road is heavy due to volume and construction so plan ahead of time to get to your destination as needed.
