Book elsewhere. Location was okay. Otherwise, everything else was an absolute mess. We got there initially and there were 4 cop cars outside. After checking in to our room, we walked the entire perimeter of the floor to get to our room that was dirty and smelled horrible. We walked down the stairs with our luggage because it was faster. We asked to be placed in another room and it was just as bad but the smell was covered with a lemon air freshener that was Stuck in the vent. I would never recommend this to any friend, family, or enemy.

The place is getting worn out. The bed is worn on each side of a king bed for a person with a high spot in the middle of the bed. Receptacles won't hold a plug. The staff is warm and helpful. I probably won't stay her again until they upgrade the hotel.

Helpful attentive staff and breakfast was good. Loved the hot oatmeal and coffee and all the rest like waffles eggs sausage etc Major issues are the well worn rooms Was clean and comfortable but room really needs updating. Appreciated no carpet!

I stayed here while attending a conference at the Ornage County Convention Centre ||Good bits :|Remote keyless check in works fine |Wifi was adequate |Suite room is spacious |Air Con works OK albeit rather noisy |Front desk staff were actually really quite attentive ||Room was quiet enough |Bed was comfy although pillows lacked support |Pool water was always cloudy ||Bad bits :|Hot water takes more than 5 min to come through the shower or sink which is annoying to have to wait every time |Even then the water was only luke warm in the shower despite an engineer coming to try and resolve the issue ||The window was cracked in numeous places held together by gaffer tape|The room safe didn't work -apparently a hotel wide issue |Room furnishings and fittings arlooking rather tired ||The room and corridoors have an smell suggestive of underlying mould and/or damp ||Breakfast was adequate -pastries were however soggy |Scrambled eggs of poor quality |No natural yoghurt |Fresh fruit limited to apple, orange and banana |Bagels were of poor quality ||I guess you get what you pay for at a budget hotel like this but I expected better from Hilton brand

Eu gosto da localização na International Drive, por possibilitar ir a vários restaurantes a pé e a algumas atrações, como o Icon Park. Acho um conforto extra você poder fazer algumas coisas a pé numa cidade que depende de carro para tudo, então esse ponto para mim é super bom. Já havia ficado há anos atrás e tinha gostado muito, mas nessa vez achei ele "desgastado" demais. Móveis velhos (gavetas que não fecham, cortinas que não vedam...), carpete sujo (andar de meia branca é impossível!). Precisaria de uma boa reforma. O pessoal é num geral bem simpático e o café da manhã (simples) ajuda muito. Estacionamento amplo. Num geral, uma opção boa mas provavelmente enquanto eles não renovarem, eu não ficaria de novo.

Dear Hilton Guest Assistance Team, I am writing to formally share a concern regarding my recent stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando International Drive. My confirmation number was 53823302, and my Hilton Honors number is 602758439. I checked out this morning and feel it is important to bring this experience to your attention. Upon arrival, the desk manager, Elsie, was on a personal phone call at the front desk. She did not pause or step away from the call, and I was required to wait until she finished before being acknowledged. This created an unprofessional first impression. Additionally, my daughter made the reservation on my behalf, as she has done for several of my previous Hilton stays, and my name (Tammy Findlay) was also listed on the reservation. Elsie initially stated that I could not check in because I was not on the reservation; however, she had not fully verified the details before making that determination. Throughout the interaction, her tone and demeanor were discourteous. I also requested to change my form of payment to cash. Elsie informed me that a card was required upfront and that it could be refunded at checkout so I could pay in cash. While I understand security policies, I was not informed that the refund to my card could take up to 10 business days. This was only disclosed at checkout, after the charge had already…

"We arrived late at night to find wet patches on the carpet and stains on the sofa. While I was initially concerned, I messaged the Hilton app the next morning and chatted with a virtual assistant. It turned out the hotel was undergoing a scheduled deep cleaning, which explained the dampness. The management team was incredibly responsive. Rosetta (Manager) moved us quickly to a new room and, as Diamond members, we were even upgraded to a two-bedroom suite! The breakfast spread is fantastic—truly plentiful with a huge variety. They offer everything from a 'make-your-own' waffle station and hot items (eggs, sausage, hash browns) to a breakfast burrito bar with various salsas and sauces. For those looking for lighter options, the chia seed pudding and overnight oats were a great touch. We also enjoyed the Wednesday evening reception, which had a spread substantial enough for a family dinner. Thank you for a wonderful three-night stay; we will definitely be back!"

We had several very pleasant stays here over the years, and when planning our first trip to Orlando in several years, we decided to return. Located in the heart of International Drive, the many attractions, shops and restaurants are easily accessible.|||For convenience we prefer a ground floor room and having emailed the hotel with this request, we received a very pleasant response from Rosetta. ||On checking in we were warmly greeted by Elsie, and as Hilton Hhonors members, given a bag of treats. As we were staying 14 nights, parking is complimentary and we were given a permit to display when parked outside the hotel.||The suite was just as we remembered: a fully equipped kitchen, proper bathtub & shower with nice Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. There is ample storage space in the site: a good sized wardrobe and two chests of drawers. ||There is an onsite laundry, now paid by card. Much more user friendly than the old coin operated machines, and no need to hoard quarters! There is a nice pool area with hot tub, and a very welcome hot drink station available all day.||Breakfast is served in the lounge, and there is a good choice of hot & cold items. Waffles were particularly nice!||Housekeeping is now every second day, and this is quite adequate. If any supplies are needed, a call to reception is all it takes.||Homewood Suites used to have a daily reception (drinks and snacks) but this is now reduced to once weekly, on Wednesday evening. Do not stay at this hotel, you’ve been warned. I recently stayed here because of the proximity to Universal Studios and Epic Universe. Upon arrival the hotel smelled like mold and mildew. Apparently a sprinkler system bursted for no reason and they were dealing with that. The lobby was disgusting. The elevator didn’t work. The staff was rude. The worst part is that my toilet was broken in my room and the staff blatantly lied and told me someone was going to come fix it and they didn’t show up until the next morning when I was checking out. Instead of being honest and saying that the maintenance person doesn’t work overnight, they had me wait in my room expecting someone to arrive and they never did. Then when I asked why I wasn’t offered another room they tried to say the hotel was sold out (in which case they could have walked me to another hotel). Yes there’s more to the story but I don’t want to write it out here. Bottom line. Avoid this hotel if you can, it’s dirty, the staff lies, and you will not have a good experience (don’t be shocked if someone from the hotel comments on this .. it’ll probably be a lie too!)

Living room furniture was full of stains, as well as the carpeting. The unit smelled of mildew, and there was mold in the bathroom. We called and reported the condition of the unit. They offered to come up and clean the stains on the furniture, at 6:00 PM! Will most likely not be visiting this hotel again.
