HOMEWOOD SUITES - ORLANDO

Clean and tidy hotel, large and comfortable rooms, there is a neat kitchen in the rooms, breakfast is ok, too bad there are no vegetables, other than that everything was excellent

We both through VIP vacations or vacations VIP and we’re supposed to stay at the Bluegreen resort and they sent us here-it was my eldest 16th birthday and we thought we were staying at a resort. We would’ve rather stayed home. It was a decent hotel it just wasn’t what I expected. As a single mom with two minors that says she just got out of hospital and has lupus and cannot walk very well - I was put in the absolute middle of the second floor- with a hardly working elevator. Lots of walking

This has been our absolute favorite hotel ever. The rooms are so clean and are more like a luxury apartment than a hotel. The staff are incredible, I cannot praise them enough! Just the kindest most helpful, professional staff we have ever come across. The breakfast buffet was amazing with tons of delicious options. 10/10 definitely recommend this hotel! You have to stay here. It's so easy to get to all the parks, there is a shuttle for free but we missed it that morning and the front desk showed us how to order an Uber. It was only 4 dollars so totally worth it. We are so sad we didn't get to stay here longer. If we ever come back to Orlando, this is the ONLY hotel we will consider!

Very nice hotel. They have a shuttle to drop you on and off at any Universal Studios Park. The rooms have been recently redone and are very nice. They have a reception on Wed for all guest. Great place and great work by all! Thanks for all that you do!

Homewood Suites is a great place to stay. The hotel is well maintained and in a very good location. Their shuttle service to Universal is convenient and reliable. The breakfast was good, and the 24-hour coffee service is a big plus. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Overall, it has been a very good experience so far.

I would give more stars if I could. We came to this hotel for 3 weeks and we WILL be returning. |The room was lovely (2 queen beds) and very roomy for two of us. Cleaned very well by the cleaning staff who were always polite. |Front staff always welcomed us and wished us a good day. They were also very attentive and super friendly. |It had a very homely feel and it made the holiday even more special. |Pool and fire pit area super clean, laundry room easy to use. |Breakfast was well stocked with a variety of foods to offer. |I cant express my thanks to all staff at this hotel. |We will see you next year. |Claire and greg 😀

Excelente instalaciones! La atención es muy completa, especialmente la de Luis. En una oportunidad, el housekeeping olvidó dejarme conditioner y él me facilitó supplies muy rápido. Sin embargo, creo que deberían mejorar la calidad del shampoo y la crema de enjuague porque es bastante mala, y también descartar que todo el desayuno sea picante. Menos los huevos y las papas, todo lo demás lo era. Quizás estaría bueno que hubiera opciones para quienes preferimos desayunar con menos picor. Por lo demás, todo excelente! Las habitaciones son un sueño.

Very comfortable stay , Flavia was super kind and she checked us in . The food was excellent and the housekeeping stay on top of the room we had stayed in. Overall affordable and it was perfect.

We hebben een comfortabele tijd gehad hier. Alle kamermeisjes zijn heel vriendelijk en maken uitstekend schoon. Ook de receptie en keukenpersoneel is top. Ze verdienen opslag! (Zodat ze minder om fooien hoeven te vragen 🙃)

Special shout out to Ms. Nadia- she’s one of the cleaning ladies that was continuously keeping the main lobby and eating areas clean. She radiates joy and positivity to anyone who passes her, telling them to have a “beautiful, wonderful day!” I told my kids we should all strive to be more like Nadia. No matter the job at hand, to do it with a positive attitude and kindness in our hearts! God bless Ms. Nadia!|We stayed here for three nights as part of a Bluegreen vacation special and had a great experience at the hotel. Our room was clean, we had everything we needed, we had a room with a separate living area/ kitchen and having the extra space was so nice! They had a really good continental breakfast with plenty of choices. They also offer shuttle service to the universal parks.||We had to attend the Hilton/ Bluegreen vacation sales pitch meeting at the Fountains resort to get the special pricing that we signed up for through Cabellas. The lady who gave the intro presentation was great, the gentleman we were assigned to Jose, was also very kind and pleasant, the experience wasn’t bad at all until one of the sales floor managers Joseph, got involved. He was extremely pushy and was not accepting no for an answer (especially after everyone else promised this would not be a pushy, twist your arm, sales experience) after we finally felt the need to give a reason and defend why we had to say no at this time, he belittled us and became very disrespectful of our reasoning. This place is the worst place ever don't come here they treat black people terrible The wifi didn't work they had not urgency to accommodate our family, then we got stuck on the elevator with small children they are now terrified. We use the emergency red button on the elevator and it doesn't work so you cant call for help if you needed too. We had another family walk in on us during our stay so they double booked the same room.

A solo 5 minutos de universal studios y island adventure...muy cómodo, amplio, gran ventaja...con convenio de bus para ir a los parques (gratis)..ir en taxi..y peor..regresar en taxi al hotel es un caso. Desayuno incluido y las personas muy amables, solo.la niña que nos recibió no nos dio buena indicación de las cosas, solo nos guardó las maletas mientras nos entregaban la habitación, no teniamos la informacion correcta de todo, nos fuimos a los parques y solo en la noche otra chica nos explicó todo. De resto super bien!!!!

Great hotel, especially for those visiting Universal. Well situated for all three Universals aka 6-8 min drive to each. Very clean, extremely nice staff and a fabulous breakfast. Brand new (or recently renovated?) with spacious, and very clean rooms. Great value overall. Didn’t use the shuttle but free parking and nice pool. Did not disappoint!

Great rooms for a family stay. They are not high end, but they are comfortable and spacious. Our room had a suite with kitchen, fridge, small stove top and microwave. The management and staff were all very attentive and helpful

Highly recommended for family travel with neat and clean room, typical American breakfast Wed social evening with wines, etc

I had a delightful experience during my one night stay at this hotel. The front desk clerk, Matthew was incredibly friendly and personable, and we had a pleasant conversation while checking in. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, featuring a cozy bedroom, a comfortable living room ( with a couch bed ) and a fully equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot breakfast was a great plus, providing a hearty start to our day. The hotel’s convenient location made it easy to explore the nearby outlet mall, Universal Studios, and a variety of restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.
