I’m so say disappointed in the food and service I received today. I purchased tenders and fries for my 3 year old and the food came out EXTREMELY HOT to the point where there was steam coming out the food. I understand that they were nearly going to close but had my daughter put the door in her mouth she would’ve got 3rd degree burn. I ordered a lemonade with mango and there was a fly in my drink. That made everything 10 times worst. Price wasn’t worth food at all , girls were really nice thou.

This place has changed so much now. Shrimps and crawfish got overcooked. Services got so bad now that only 2 people running for the whole entire place. When we requested something they never come back with it but running around serving other tables instead. We just got tired of sit and wait for the next thing to bring to us. Wouldn’t come back here again.

Expensive for the amount of food received. Tasted ok. Charges extra for butter... really?

I have been wanting to try this place which is near my salon. I walked in for a meeting with a client and we ordered a $77 bundle with drinks. The calamari was the best thing. However, the crab and shrimp were overcooked. The sauce was mushy, but did taste well. The “taste and flavor” of the food is very good, but the temperature and quality wasn’t up to par. We were told it was possibly because we came in 30 min before closing. However, I suggest having something’s taken off the menu if they can’t be served to the standard during that time. The restaurant itself looked as if they were cleaning to leave. All in all, not my favorite but I could possibly return to try again. I still tipped $20 because the waitress was good.

Honestly, this was a really bad experience at Hot N Juicy on March 15. The mussels came out undercooked — one even had an ice cube inside, which is just unacceptable — and then we got charged twice for the same dish. They only fixed it because we caught it, and when we asked for someone to follow up about adjusting the tip, no one ever did. Just felt sloppy, careless, and like they didn’t take it seriously at all!

I had a very disappointing experience at Hot N Juicy on March 15. First, the mussels we ordered were clearly undercooked, and we even found an ice cube inside one of the shells. This is a serious food safety concern. While the staff replaced the dish after we reported it, this should not have happened in the first place. Second, when the bill arrived, the mussels were charged twice. This is unacceptable—if we hadn’t carefully reviewed the bill, we would have overpaid. Third, the staff apologized and said they had applied an additional discount for the inconvenience. However, after checking the final bill, they had only removed the duplicate charge—there was no actual discount applied. This was misleading and reflects poor communication. To make matters worse, I asked the restaurant to adjust the tip due to the overall experience. I was told a manager would call me back to resolve it. It has now been 5 days, and I have not received any follow-up. Overall, the combination of food safety issues, billing errors, misleading communication, and lack of follow-through made this a frustrating experience. This lack of accountability is extremely disappointing. It’s one thing to make mistakes, but failing to follow through on resolving them shows a disregard for customers.

Literally one of the best seafood boil places in the country! What makes them special is that high quality seafood. The freshness is unmatched!! Also the service. The staff here is absolutely amazing. We love Tiane, Mario, Bri, Carlos and the whole gang. I appreciate how the head chef Pepe comes out to ensure that our meals are delicious. This is the place to go for high quality seafood and delicious boils. They also have a lot of new menu items including cheesecake, noodles topped with seafood and etouffe. They have some delicious fried chicken wings as well. Love it!

We used to like the place...but we stopped going for over 10 yrs... we have family in town, and they want to go hot and juicy despite we warned them the food quality.. they called and tried to place the order, they were told to go online 🙄... the staff told our family they can come in to order, it wouldn't take long because they are not busy... if they are not busy. Then why can't they take the order on the phone? Anyway, we picked up the order and ended up throwing them away because it didnt taste good.

Came to check out the place despite the reviews just to give it a shot. Def not worth it. Chicken was old, seafood tasted like freezer burn, service was terrible, not once did he check in with us… then had the audacity to charge gratuity (they count an infant even when they aren’t eating.) NEVER AGAIN!

Mario and his team were amazing. They let us dine for a party of 8 with 15 minutes left till closing time. They were never rushing us. They took thier time and not once told us that the kitchen is now closing instead They asked if wanted to order more after like 40 mins in. Amazing staff you guys have here at this location. Food was great customer service was way better.

Love it. We always try the juicy Cajun. I put that sauce on everything!!!

If you’ve ever had Cap’t Loui, you will not like this place. All seafood comes in seperate bags unless you order a mix that has no substitutions. Food was cold, lacking flavor, and salty. Staff was nice and attentive. Place is way too expensive and not worth your money— if you’re looking for a good seafood boil, this is not the place.

What happened to this restaurant, it not the same food was down by 99% the quality was for the worst flavor and sea food was bad
