IKEA – It’s sad that you come to a family furniture store and see Pride promotion flags everywhere. It isn’t necessary to promote these types of activities to my children. I don’t care about anyone’s sexual orientation or personal preferences, and my children don’t need to be exposed to it while shopping for furniture. Poor quality product and expensive

Update Review: I visited IKEA today with friends and was looking forward to doing some shopping. While there, I approached an Asian female employee wearing a blue mask and asked where I could find the food court, as my friend's blood sugar was running low and we needed to get something to eat quickly. Unfortunately, the employee's response came across as dismissive and unwelcoming. Her tone made me feel as though I was interrupting or inconveniencing her while she was stocking merchandise. As a result of the interaction, we decided to eat and then leave to shop elsewhere. I understand that everyone has busy days, but customer interactions can leave a lasting impression. This experience did not reflect the level of service I have come to expect from IKEA, which is otherwise a company I greatly enjoy visiting. I hope this feedback can be shared as a coaching opportunity to help ensure a more positive experience for future guests.

This was indeed interesting experience enjoyed checking out the furniture and accessories Bought a new Frying pan and cutting board. Ate in the cafeteria .

It's ikea, next time I will bring a date, ( if she can do construction).

Waited over 30 minutes in the return line, only to be turned away at 8:15 PM. Manager was completely RUDE, IMPATIENT, and showed zero consideration for customers who had already been waiting. Instead of honoring customers already in line, she focus was on getting employees out the door. TERRIBLE customer service and a complete lack of consideration. Great job with your hiring IKEA Orlando

I love this store, has many good things to organize and make our home much more welcoming without having to invest exaggerated amounts of money. Every time I go, I also take the opportunity to eat there, it's good and cheap. Just as the boxes of potato, cheese and broccoli sold frozen are very tasty and help me with my meals.

The store is good enough. This is a restaurant review. The world famous Swedish meatballs are worth making this a destination just for the food! That dish also comes with mashed potatoes and lingonberry jam. It was excellent! I also tried their salmon with a side of salad. I would go back again just to try that food once more. It's that good!

So I ordered a little under $500 worth of furniture on June 4, Order should have been delivered June 7th. However, delivery company claimed that it was a bad address. Let me just say two weeks prior the same delivery company delivered to that same address with No problem. I call IKEA customer service I was told that my order would be delivered on Tuesday, June 9th, June 9th, no delivery. I call again. I am told that the order will be delivered on June 11th, June 11th. No order. I call again this time. I'm told that I am getting a $40 gift card for the inconvenience and that my furniture would be delivered next day, June 12, well no furniture called Ikea again and now my delivery is set for June 13. The problem is, I have family coming in and needed to have that room set up for them. Ikea, you will never get another penny from me.

Staff at the checkout gave me the wrong instructions then when i went to customer service instead of tying to help they just refunded me waste of time

Nice store, meh cafe(or maybe i'm just not impressed. Could be either) but the main attraction isn't the cafe, it's the store itself. Take a few hours if you want to see everything. I didn't think I needed anything, it was a ride along w/ friends. +/-$30 & 2 hours latet I was back in the car checking out the new kitchen bobbles & misc stuff I bought. Lol

How can you not love this place? Ive noticed they've gotten a bit more exoensive but still affordable for so many things. I can get things here that I cant get anywhere else. Orlando is fortunate to have an IKEA. And ideas! I get so many walking around the displays. Its awesome. Parents? This isnt a theme park. Control your children. If you say you won't be back because an employee had the courage to discipline, where you gonna go? Its not like you'll go to another IKEA. Get over it.
