Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The headline average flatters this listing; the recent half does not. How guests are treated cuts both ways here, averaging 3.7 among the reviews that raise it. Value for money is the next most common subject, in 21% of reviews (averaging 3.8).
Behind those, freshness and temperature is raised in 16% of reviews (5.0 average). Of the 19 rated reviews, 13 sit at four stars or better and 5 at two or below. 5 stars is the modal score, given by 13 of the 19 reviewers who rated.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (100/100) with no violations cited. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That inspection was on June 24, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 100% of the restaurants we score. Nothing was written up at that inspection at all.
With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. Read the originals below and judge the pattern yourself.

I used to come here often few years ago. It was one of my favorite places to have a good time with a plenty of options at the salad bar used to go all around, fruit option was good back the, even had dragon fruit. I used to come with my wife at least weekly. Today I noticed how poor the salad bar selection was and don't have any fruits there. The selection of meats ifor the ayce is not great... Unfortunately I don't think I coming back. Good memories few years ago. The waiter (Esay) was very nice and noticed how disappointed I was and did his best to make me feel comfortable (very nice guy). They should have a better power cords management.

Came in at 11:30 and decided after getting a drink that we would sit down for AYCE. By 12 they did last call and shortly after started to shut down as if we had stayed 20 minutes after close, which they do not close until 1am. I understand wanting to leave work as soon as possible after closing but the entire time we felt unattended and unwelcome. If you want a Happy hour, do the mid-day. Otherwise it’s worth the extra $6 per person to not feel rushed from the moment you sit down.

While this was my first time with Korean BBQ, and I didn't particularly care for all the meat, the experience was great. I came with about 10 coworkers for a team lunch. Chris was our server; We did the all you can eat option and he made great suggestions, was very attentive and came back at the right times to check on us. I will definitely come back for a more intimate experience.

Asa was awesome! Food was delicious. We came as a group for a birthday and had a great time.

This was one of the oddest experiences I've had at a Korean barbecue restaurant. They charged us an 18% AYCE (All you can eat) gratuity without telling us beforehand. The waiter was ok 🤷🏽♀️ nothing too extraordinary there. He must've forgot to tell my husband and I about the gratuity before we had started eating because that definitely took us by surprise. Didn't tell us how their menu or meat cuts worked and it caught it by surprise. My husband finished his water and never got a refill, I gave him my cup. Literally this was the worst first time experience I've ever had lol 😐 I'm typically used to someone being excited about telling us about their menu and options or being very helpful with guidance. I genuinely wish I could get my money back because also you can taste and insane/ungodly amount of ginger in some of the cooked meats and it's personally not a fav. As someone who loves Korean barbecue and frequents, I definitely and unfortunately will not be supporting this business EVER again. Thank you for listening to my Ted Talk, have a wonderful day! PS! If you are not careful and watch where you're walking you will fall. I almost tripped over exposed wires 5 times during our eating experience and I hurt an old injury and am currently caring for it now. Thank y'all for that🫤

Came here for my birthday. The food was delicious. In passing I mentioned it was my bday, and the waiter brought me this delicious dessert without any of the singing, clapping, etc. I enjoyed it very much.

Went there for the first time for my cousin's graduation dinner and it did not disappoint! We sat at the bar and anyone who orders anything from the bar area is all day happy hour! It includes free Cold Buffet. I got the bulgogi bowl and it was amazing! We also did a Korean beer and lychee combo which was also awesome

Always a go to. Been here maybe 8 or 9 times, phenomenal every single time

Received this bento box with sushi instead of did lo mein. When the photo on Uber Eats had lo mein. Everytime I’ve eaten here it’s had lo mein. I called the and instead of helping me told me they’re never served it with lo mein. Then where did that photo on uber come from? It’s the same bento box but with lo mein. I told him I clearly remembered and instead didn’t offer for me to talk to a manager. I don’t eat sushi. Honestly I gave them a try after the whole rat infestation but I’m done with them. They clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction.

Every piece of food was more delicious than the previous!! Even the buffet foods were on point! I wanted a Togo of all of it even when I was full! Highly recommend 👍

Tried this place with some friends and was very impressed. The service was good. The buffet of items looked fresh and up to good standards. Nice and clean all over. Plenty of food for your dollar. Good music. Plenty of TVs through out. Paid like $68 for all you can eat. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to cook my own food as well as socialize and eat with friends. I also like the view of the water on the other side of restaurant.

My family and I recently dined here, and unfortunately, our experience was marred by inappropriate music selection. Upon seating our group of ten, the restaurant changed the background music to all Spanish tracks. While this may have been intended to be welcoming, many of the songs played were highly explicit, dirty, and sexualized. We were deeply offended to find such music playing in a family-oriented establishment, especially with children present who were able to hear and repeat the lyrics. It's crucial for restaurants to maintain an appropriate atmosphere for all guests, and we hope management will take steps to better curate their music selection.

Literally amazing food, best tasting cooked sushi i have had as well as very delicious kbbq meats. the all you can eat is a premium price for premium food and is well worth it, so arrive hungry :)
-
Best place for meat, soup and small korean buffet style hot, cold bar.

We’ve been going Izziban for many years now and we usually go for the Kbbq and the atmosphere, it’s overall fun. But this time we went during earlier hours ( 2 to 3 PM) and we encountered the worst service we’ve had so far. I don’t remember the waiters name but unfortunately the service was atrocious. We ordered several things and it took on average 15-20 minutes to get anything. He forgot multiple orders that we had to remind him after 20 mins of waiting. And then he tried turning it around saying that we hadn’t ordered anything? Drinks took 20 minutes to get, also. The rice took multiple attempts for him to bring. Every time we wanted meat, it took a long time for it to arrive or he just forgot. We really didn’t want to tip him anything, but low and behold, there’s 18% gratuity included in the price. And mind you, the restaurant was not busy. The waiter had maybe 4 to 5 tables. I observed others having to flag him down to get his attention to check them out. When he would “check” up on us, he wouldn’t ask us anything and just walk off. Izziban, Do better. If you’re already charging 18% for horrible service, you’re going to be losing customers. I’m really doubting if I would actually return, especially with that horrible service. If I do return, I would be going during dinner hours because maybe I’ll get better service. 🤷🏽♀️

Izziban is one of the best restaurants in the orlando area. The food and service are always 5 star. I atmosphere is amazing if you love Korean music and culture. If you are visiting orlando and only eat at one restaurant this should be it!
