I really like Jersey Mike’s and visit different locations often, so I was disappointed by my experience at this location. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, and the young kid who made my sub got my order wrong. When I politely pointed out the mistake, he responded with an attitude instead of trying to fix the issue. Mistakes happen, but customer service is about how those mistakes are corrected . Unfortunately, this visit was not up to the standard I’ve come to expect from Jersey Mike’s. And I most definitely will not be coming back to this location

When I go in person I get a giant sub and its two meals worth of food. When I order online and have paid $30+ and entire giant sub leaves me hungry. I get they usually rip you off a bit and add less meat, but there was less of everything toppings and cheese included! The thing just tasted like bread with a hint of flavor.

I would like to be compensated for the soggy sandwich that tasted as if it was cooked on a dirty grill. I received poor steak quality and portion size for what I paid.

The older guy with the glasses is super rude. He got mad because I asked to switch my order and he didn’t even build it yet. I’m paying so I decide what I want to eat he even took off some of the turkey from the sandwich. Are you charging his pay check for the turkey placed on my MINI sandwich?? Total insanity!!! I know this place is super busy all the time but he needs to calm down.

John took very good care of us on his first day on the job.

This location is by far my favorite; The manager calls me by my first name and I am always well greeted! The manager and his staff are top notch thanks guys your excellence doesn't go unnoticed!

Last time I was there, it was two years ago recently went a week ago. The food was disgusting, and the people are rude.

Food was hot and fresh!!! Great food for the price. Will definitely be coming back!

Don’t order online, sloppy subs & can’t even make tuna properly.

Ordered online and I arrived to find out my order was stolen before I got there. Had to wait to get new subs! Very uncool!

What happened to their subs? Hardly any meat, but the prices are way up. Another once great chain being killed by private equity.

Keira and the nice guy Noy took real good care of us today and this has been the nicest Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been to. The food was amazing and the music was on point! We will be back! Thank you ❤️

Eddie is the Manager here and he RULES. Had a crap delivery driver from DD and he fixed it up fast. Will def be back as long as he’s around. ✊

Couldn't even use my free combo coupon because it was a screenshot from the app (per the discretion of the manager). Literally every other JM takes coupons as long as they are not expired. Great job looking out for costumers. Plus place was a little messy and cheesesteak had little meat. Girl at the register seemed to hate her team. Just know to avoid this location in the future.
