JOHNNY ROCKETS

I came here for some water. There was two waitresses. One of them, an older woman with glasses, was helping out a customer. I waited nearby patiently. She was already giving me a weird look. Then she sits up and I think she's done helping the customer, so I start asking her for water when she cuts me off before I can even fully say anything just to tell me that she's helping someone already. I apologize to her and go back to waiting. Once she was done, she asked me what I wanted. I politely ask for water and she gives me a nasty look, gives me my water, and doesn't even say you're welcome when I said thanks and apologizing for bothering her. She then rudely dismisses me and my partner after we told her we were heading out. I can only assume why this place is understaffed. I would not want to work with someone like this.

Este es un lugar dentro del mall es ideal para comer una buena hamburguesa, compartir un aperitivo o tomar algo mientras haces compras. A los chicos les gustan mucho sus batidos dulces 💁‍♂️ Ofrecen una buena atención y un buwm ambiente.

I'd expect a bit more in terms of service, food and atmosphere, given its location. There's substantially better places to grab a meal at this mall.

Excelente lugar para almoçar, fazer um lanche ou jantar! Cardápio impecável, para todos os gostos e sobremesas deliciosas. Preciso dizer também que o atendimento do Jose foi excelente do inicio ao fim, nos sugeriu pratos e complementos e nos indicou o melhor milkshake. Recomendo muito e peçam o atendimento dele que será a melhor coisa! Parabéns Johnny Rockets por ter um atendimento como o do Jose! E inclusive ele está aprendendo português!

I love diners, ans Johnny Rockets is always a fun place to visit. Its a great location at the Orlando Mall. The food is good general diner fare, but the service and atmosphere are where this location shine.

Soy un novelista español de vacaciones en Florida. Este es el único restaurante auténtico de todo el centro comercial Millenia. La decoración es muy americana y nostálgica. Buen servicio y todo muy limpio. La hamburguesa estaba bien y te la preparan delante. Solo me faltó la cerveza 😉

The food was good for the exception that the fries were over cooked. The service was great.

Just spent for 2 burgers 1 salad and fries $55 plus tip for no reason wasting my time and the meat was not even fresh! Made me sick! Stay away and spend your money somewhere else! Waste of time and Energy for no reason...

It is unbelievable that they added 18% gratuity to the check without my consent. What if the food was bad? Why am I being forced to pay 18% gratuity? And on top of that, the check asked for a tip. Tipping culture is disgusting. It is not the customer’s fault that employers do not pay their workers well. These companies need to treat their people better. Aside from that, the food was good.

Had lunch with my family yesterday and they over charged my credit card, they have something going on with the initial billing they present to you, later after you pay your bill, tax, tip they charge you 40% more. Never going back!!

There are zero words to describe this. Just save your money.

Hamburgueria deliciosa dentro do shopping. Atendimento maravilhosos e lanches com muita qualidade. Um dos melhores lanches aqui em Orlando. Milk-shake delicioso

Honestly not impressed at all. Food was not up to par. Service was lacking, and the atmosphere was like we were inconveniencing the entire staff. Also for 2 adults and 1 child to eat at a burger joint should not cost 75.62. This is mediocre food at best in a mall. We wanted to have a nice sit down experience and was met huge disappointment. We did not realize when we walked in that the fries were a seperate purchase from the burger meal. NO BURGER SHOULD COST 12 Dollars and not include a small order of fries. Fries should not 5.99 for side.

Aura, our server was super sweet, courteous, and helped us with our order. The original 🍔 was juicy and good!

Had a hamburger with cheese, the price of the cheese is almost 2 dollars. Ridiculous, onion rings. Onion rings are expensive because they give you enough for five people ordered small size vanilla shake, which was not good and half-and-half chocolate vanilla shake, which was good. Overall, it was OK, but I considered it to be very pricey. So not worth the money.

It's more of a 3.5 stars I haven't been to a Johnny Rockets in over a decade and I used to love going! Unfortunately, my most recent experience wasn't as great. The food and service were nothing like the "experience" I remember when I was younger. Anyway, I opted for the classic burger which tasted fine. But I felt the patty was minimal since the bread and other ingredients overtook the burger. The onion rings were really good, I must admit. But I would have rather it be served with a good marinara instead of the runny ranch it came with. The vanilla milkshake was real good too. It was a bit too thick but melted pretty fast. Overall it was ok, it's probably that I miss the old taste and nostalgia of back in the day. I know things in life change, it's just that sometimes I wish certain things wouldn't.

Johnny Rockets is great. Fantastic menu selection and the food, especially the burgers are great. They have great food, great service, and great perks. Go to Johnny Rockets now.

Lanche maravilhosoooo, lugar agradável

Absolutely love this place! It feels like you have fully stepped into a retro dinner. The food was amazing, the root beer float was great, and the service was excellent! Absolutely would come back again!
