We visited The Juicy Crab tonight and were disappointed with the service. The staff were not particularly friendly, and we were asked if we wanted our bill before we had even finished our meal, which made us feel rushed. The most concerning part of the evening happened after we paid and left the restaurant. Our waiter followed us outside and asked to speak with my partner. He then told us that we needed to pay a $20 tip, explaining that it was mandatory because the staff do not receive basic pay and rely on tips. There was no mandatory gratuity listed on our bill, so this came as a surprise and made us feel very uncomfortable. We understand that tipping is customary in the USA and are happy to reward good service, but we do not believe customers should be pressured into leaving a specific amount. Unfortunately, this experience spoiled what should have been an enjoyable meal.

I love ordering from The Juicy Crab! Their seafood boil is always delicious—the sauce is perfect, the seafood is cooked just right, and the portions are generous. My favorite way to order it is with a little extra spice because it makes the flavors even better. I usually order delivery and enjoy it at home with friends and family, and it’s always a hit. The food has been consistently great, and I can’t wait to visit the restaurant in person soon!

I order a number 9 med. Juicy sauce with a Moscato and everything but my eggs was hitting couldn't quite put a finger on the taste of them. But baby when I say other guest and the Dj brought the vibe on Juneteenth they did that. Highly recommend just avoid the eggs 😏.

What an amazing meal! Our server was great and sweet, food was all amazing and drinks were delicious!

Stopped in on our honey moon to have a fresh seafood boil and bang for your buck doesn’t even come close to explaining this place. Tonnes of food per serving and the juicy sauce hit it right out of the park. Must stop for seafood boil

Parking is incredibly tight and hard to find. When we walked in, we weren't greeted or noticed by anyone. ​Once seated, we were placed near the back of the restaurant right by the trash area and where they package dining equipment. Having stacks of visible boxes right by our table really ruined the atmosphere. ​The food didn't pass inspection either—my drink had an unknown particle floating in it, and the wings were far too salty. To top it off, our server completely forgot to put in my order of fries. She was quite slow, though she did seem like she was in training and multitasking heavily, which is the only reason I'm giving service a 2 instead of a 1. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Rohan was our server, he gave excellent Customer service. He was very attentive and polite. I almost didn't come because of the reviews, but I decided to give them a shot and I'm glad I did.Their country boils were sooo good as well as their fried shrimp basket.Everything was fresh and hot..10's across the board 💯

There’s this one Asian lady when u first walk in, if u see her WALK OUT. Extremely rude and not helpful the food was pretty good. SHE was horrible

Was reminded that it was to and I would need a server to eat in. As if I didn't know that. I ordered a drink and was hovered over so I went to smoke a cigg and was asked wat did I need I told her another drink.. instead of her handing it to me she put at the bar and said smoking session was closed til the weekend.. overall won't be returning

Smh. Got 1 in a half lbs of crawfish with .5lb of shimps last night they was good until I got to the crawfish they didn't have no flavor in them some was really hard. Was really disappointed I come to I-drive atlease 10times a yr. Wanted to give it a shot. Smh won't see me back. For i paid for should have been better.⭐️⭐️⭐️

Appreciated the quick service. Food was just as expected for a juicy seafood. Filling at a good price. The restaurant is a little dated. Overall it was just as expected.

First time at Juicy Crab for my birthday and it did not disappoint. Amazing seafood and nice atmosphere. My waiter David was super friendly and answered all my questions and was very attentive. Definitely coming back whenever i’m back in the area. Thank you David !

Good service, food was good, a little loud for me, but they had a DJ Friday evening. My husband had the mussels and Dungeness crab while I had the shrimp and sausage combo. Mild is spicy enough and I really like spicy. The popcorn shrimp kids meal was good as well as the fries.

If I could rate this place a zero I would we stood at the counter for about five minutes and had to find someone to seat us while ordering I tried there strawberry tea with tapioca and when I got the drink there was none and when I asked the waiter she said there out instead of telling me before the drink was made.. Then me and my friend ordered our food it was very lukewarm tasted like they just put the food in sauce and served it. As I started eating my food I realized they didn’t give me the extra potatoes I ordered easy fix right?? WRONG i had to ask another person to give me them since our server was nowhere to be found barely did table touches for real but okay. I then get the potatoes and there hotter than the food literally piping compared to how our food originally came. Idk if its because they were slow the service was terrible but I would not recommend the only thing that saved the meal was the sauce.

The food was nasty and not fresh, the seasoning was not good and you can smell the bathroom from my seat and it was not a good smell
