What a disappointment!! I just ordered a $16+ Hibachi Chicken meal and Shrimp tempura rolls with Uber delivery. What I received was a kids portion, I've had Hibachi Chicken meals before and know what to expect, always enough for leftovers! ***Never Again will I order from this place.****

Ive been a long time customer for years. The company is a rebrand from Sodo Sushi and have several Health Department violations including possible lack of state training certifications for employees. I order Chicken Tempura Sushi and was given something else containing shellfish. I've ask for the owner and told Sodo Sushi closed but the owners are the same and they refuse to speak to me or tell me what they served to me. Bri Chapman, the host stated my order was packed wrong but didnt tell me what it was. I am highly allergic and was sick for days. Update: The response show a lack of responsibility and include several lies. I still have not been contacted concerning the issue on your part. Both companies are owned by Giahuy LLC, the General Manager Danny Ngo is the son of the owner of both companies, same FEIN and both companies use the same business license. You submitted to change your company name the same day of health violations inspection. This is the same lies to avoid responsibility of your negligence. Its terrible a company refuse to even tell me what they served me. Ive reached out several times and been ignored. Update: Attached picture of Owner's response that was removed. Update: Owner added new response after removal of previous response and still lack of responsibility, accountability and liability for their negligence when I could have died if didnt act quickly. The owner still have not provided what happened or what I was actually served.

Food is always great. Servers have great memories and treat us like family. Especially Lauren. It’s a regular lunch spot for me. The lunch menu is delicious and aftordable. Recommend every time!

Update: I practice what I preach; I brought family and friends in, a few days apart, and everyone raved themselves blue. 💯 Kaido, now has 11 new long term customers... That's how business is done in the city beautiful. 💯 I don't pay any attention to the politics of dance here in Orlando. All I can say is, irrespective of who owns Kaido Sushi, the food is amazing. 💯 The tuna (my favorite ) is fresh, the sushi is expertly crafted, and the Chashu Ramen? I wept when I had it, and I keep coming back for it. They have all my (and our) sushi and ramen business! Word of mouth; it works. Come one, come all! 💯

Admittedly, we’ve honestly overlooked this place due to living so close - but decided to try it after the rebrand and new menu. Everything was great! Sushi can be really hit or miss for us but everything we tried was delicious and tasted fresh, even when getting our order pretty close to closing time. They have a few vegetarian options as well which I appreciate and really enjoyed. The staff was very attentive as soon as we walked in for our takeout order. Prices were pretty good too. We will definitely be back to dine in as it was a nice atmosphere too :)

I found my fav place in Orlando for sushi they have so many different types of sushi , you know sometimes sushi is boring 🥱, they make Mexican sushi they make all kind of sushi wondering if they can make a Cuban Sushi that would be extremely delicious . I had a great experience in that place , chef was very nice and the staff . I recommend spicy tuna with fried rice that’s the best of best !!!!

Service was amazing! Good was maybe the best hibachi I've ever had, and the place was clean, just unforgettable! Highly recommend! I found this place while girlfriend was at Ortho surgery center and I'm glad I did! Shhh just keep it a secret, girlfriend is still in recovery!

Omary breathed in the ear of all the women at the table and cut off one of the girls from speaking and handed her dirty dishes along with making fun of her while she was speaking.

Kaido sushi is excellent. Got three rolls, one had to be altered for food allergies, and Omary made sure we got what we needed. Speaking of Omary, he is a top notch GM here. He was doing it all on our visit and will come back to Kaido for both the great sushi and his incredible service.
