Coming from Vermont where ice cream is practically a religion, this is the best option I have found in central Florida for ice cream! The monthly flavors usually have something for everyone’s tastes, and they always have a couple non dairy options.

My family loves to visit Kelly’s when we vacation near Orlando. We are from NY and don’t have icecream places like Kelly’s that are opened year round, so it’s a treat when we come down to FL. Love that they switch up the flavors every month too!

We absolutely love Kelly’s Ice Cream! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so friendly and welcoming—it truly feels like more than just an ice cream shop. The staff always goes above and beyond, which makes every visit special. Their ice cream is incredible (seriously some of the best), and my kids are completely obsessed. It’s become such a fun treat for our family, and honestly, a little tradition we all look forward to. Kelly’s holds an extra special place in our hearts because we had it at our wedding, and it’s been a go-to date night spot ever since. Now that we have kids, it’s even more meaningful getting to share those same memories with them. If you’re looking for amazing ice cream and an even better experience, this is the place. We’ve been going to this location since it opened. Hands down best ice cream in town! Friendly service, lively atmosphere, plenty of seating - inside and out - for family and friends. It’s perfect on a sunny day or even dropping in after a dinner date. Try the Cookie Monster - it is simply the best!

We LOVE Kelly's Ice Cream!! It's a great family friendly atmosphere and they are so active in giving back to the community.The only problem is there are so many delicious flavors it is hard to pick a favorite.

I do not understand how this ice cream shop has the reviews it does. The food there is incredibly disgusting and the state of the shop is unhygienic. The customer service was also awful, when I first went there was no one manning the shop and when someone finally arrive they were very aggressive towards me. Only go if you want to get sick and be met with awful service. Would rate lower if I could.

What a vile shop, ice cream sucks, management sucks, atmosphere sucks. A waste of your hard earned money. Won't be coming back
