The service was great. Dre did an outstanding job. He made our family reunion event fantastic.

Today we had our company fun day at Kings and this place deserves 10 stars. The initial booking by Justin was detailed and. On point. The service by the lady at the front desk, manager on site, and most of all Dre our host and the other crew, they made our outing an amazing event. The food was delicious the drinks were well made. Most importantly the customer service was top tier. We had a large group yet they took such good care of us individually! Dre really did an awesome job as our host! The cocktails are weak. Prepare to pay premium prices for mixed drinks that are very lacking in sophisticated taste. Everyone in our group that ordered cocktails agreed that they were over juicy or sweet with simple syrup or juice mixes that were lacking in the liquor base.

Such a great place to bowl!! Great food and music...the drinks are strong and good. Can't wait to go back!

Hats off to Kings-Orlando and their wonderful staff for giving us an amazing experience we will remember forever. We booked the 4 lane private room for our parent’s wedding anniversary party and it was amazing all the way to the food that was prepared. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a private party.

Overrated big time with expensive prices. Bri however was amazing and so was the chef with glasses that helped my family with gluten allergy and the manager( mid age white guy with glasses) who cared enough to follow up.

My family just wanted to say thank you again.. to amazing server .. we were there 6/14.. our server was Jarren H.. My grandbabies (5 of them)ages 4-11.. run this man like crazy.. and time he would bring something.. like a drink for one of them.. another kid needed something from the kitchen..NEVER once did Jarren complain..(not sure what he said in the back) but once he came to the table.. he had a big smile on his face..and yes he asked do anyone need anything else.. you guessed of course the kids needed something.. the food was great..the time we spent there was great.. we live in area.. yes will be back,,thanks Jarren.. you did awesome with my gkids..I am sure you didn't have to go the gym after work.. because you got a great workout ..see you soon..

We had s fantastic time celebrating my son's birthday. Will go back to enjoy more bowling.

Good atmosphere, super nice staff, very friendly manager, only played a few video games but they were modern versions of old classics, good time bowling

First time going to Kings and we had a great experience! We made a lane reservation the same day online for 7 pm. We went on a Saturday night and they had a DJ and he was amazing, played a wide variety of songs and kept the vibe going. The employees were very friendly and attentive. Shout out to Shine and Chelsea!! My sister was on town visiting, and Shine gave us a few suggestions on local food places/cafes which we did end up going to and enjoyed! Everything seemed pretty clean and well taken care of. I would recommend checking out Kings for a fun bowling night. They also have a couple pool tables (plus some other things). Overall, great experience!

Took my family to celebrate my son's 16th birthday and we all had a great time! The food was delicious, the staff was wonderful and Bill was wonderful! He was very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely be back! :)

Been here quite a few times over the years with family and friends- always a great atmosphere, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food & drinks never disappoint. Also very versatile for a variety of event types (friendly group outings, parties, holidays, corporate events, etc). I highly recommend it

Great place to bring your family and have celebrations. Dumplings were amazing and the service was great. Recently had a birthday party there and the staff went above and beyond! They made me feel like this place was my second home. Definitely will be back! Thank you Kings Dining & Entertainment

I joined some friends for a casual bowling night at Kings, and I felt compelled to leave a review because of the exceptional service we received from the Hospitality Manager, Michael Osteen. What impressed me most was that we didn't ask for any special accommodations, but Michael was incredibly observant and proactive. My friend’s daughter has special needs that require a bit more sensory consideration, and Michael noticed this immediately. Without us even requesting it, he moved our group to a smaller, more private room where she could feel more comfortable and at ease. He also went out of his way to gift her a multi-color light-up toy. It was such a thoughtful, kind gesture—she loves sensory lights, and it kept her happy and engaged the entire night. Seeing a manager take that kind of initiative to ensure every guest feels welcome and included was a true 'hospitality moment.' Michael’s kindness made a huge impact on our evening, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the experience of every person who walks through the door. Highly recommend!
