Great burger, staff were very helpful

Very tasty burgers we go every year at least twice food is so good, milkshakes are a must as the selection is great.

Very impressed with the staff. We watched a huge rush of people enter the store, and the managers came out and started working to keep up the pace!! That's how it's done!! Great job!!

Very disappointing experience. After waiting a long time for my order, I was told that everyone who wanted a milkshake had to get out of the car to place the order. I ordered 5 milkshakes and a large fry to go. It makes absolutely no sense to require every person to come inside just to order a milkshake, especially after such a long wait and with no explanation beforehand.

New experience at this particular Steak & Shake. First time ordering from a kiosk, needing a QR CODE to fill my drink cup. It was interesting, but not something I want to do often. I prefer to deal with humans, thank you anyway. We're just visiting so we probably won't go back to this one.

Food average! Also spent $61 and had a total of 9 chicken tenders in my order. Proceeded to ask for some dipping sauce and was charged. NOT EXTRA dipping sauce…just any dipping sauce. No wonder these are closing nationwide.

Absolutely love this place one of my favourites whenever I travel to the US. Food is great. Service is great and you have to try their milkshakes. I also have a great fries seasoning!

Lugar desorganizado. O atendente sem paciencia para atender no drive thru. O pedido demorou quase 15 minutos para ficar pronto e quando veio nao percebemos que ainda veio faltando lanche. Tivemos que ter o trabalho de voltar para reclamar . Alem de que os lanches estavam a desejar. Com certeza nao voltaremos nessa unidade.

Great burger joint!

Went for the beef tallow fries and was disappointed wasn’t fresh at all and there was no service at all you order at a kiosk pick up your food and fill your drinks at a fountain. Might as well go to McDonald’s or Burger King

Don't miss this place while yoir are visiting Orlando. Excellent service and the burgers are good. Don't forget the shakes

Great food, service and timely

Even though my order was really good, I had problems redeeming a reward and no one in the store could help me so they just gave me excuses and I ended up not being able to redeem my reward, but other than that everything was fine
