Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
If these 19 reviews agree on a topic, it is front-of-house. Where the staff comes up, the rating that follows averages 4.6, so it reads as a strength. What it costs follows at 21% of reviews, where ratings average 5.0.
More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 18 of 19. 18 of 19 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 1 are two or lower.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (96/100), 1 intermediate and 1 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. That result dates from May 28, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is declining, which argues for reading the older reviews with caution. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 66% of the restaurants we score. What the inspector actually wrote up: floors, walls, ceilings clean & maintained and food manager certification.
With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

Everything was great! Definitely coming back.
-
The steaks were perfectly seasoned. The restaurant was packed, but the service was fast. We had a party of 12 and did not have to wait very long for our food. I will definitely return when I'm in the area again.
-
Best steaks in Orlando. Make your reservation 3-4weeks in advance. We went on a week day night and they were packed.
-
The steaks were all delicious and perfectly cooked! (Sirloin, Ribeye, T-Bone). The service was amazing; and the atmosphere is very family friendly!

Memorial dinner.

Steaks are fantastic. Vegetables could use some flavor.

We have been to Linda’s a few times. While they do have a wonderful menu and great drinks, we were disappointed to end our meal with a roach crawling across our table. We were even further disappointed that our server and the manager didn’t have anything to say about it other than “thanks for letting us know.” We’ll dine somewhere else next time.

Ask for Chris! Amazing service!

The small bar area is amazing for one or two, and the dining area is great for 4 or more. The food is fantastic. It is an unusual place. Great for family get together. It does not break the bank and the steaks are legit.

Really loved the New York Strip. My guests had the medium T-bone and Ribeye and they raved about it. The server was also very good. The entire operation was quite efficient. Grateful that the owners and employees are keeping this valuable business going. At this reasonable price point, it is the best you can do for steak. It’s old school and I enjoyed that.

Food, cocktails, service and atmosphere were all amazing. Our server, Cari, was incredible. We will be back!
-
I cant say enough. Family owned and operated and you feel like Family. The steaks are exceptional and our table had 10 different orders, all perfect. Service was also fantastic. And the pricing... there is one place on earth where inflation pricing hasn't hit yet.
-
Excellent food and kind servers! What could be better?
-
Best Steak I've eaten in years! Service was average... food made up for it. So good, I would have gotten up and refilled my own drink.

Amazing place, best in Orlando
-
Linda’s La Cantina Steakhouse is one of those rare Orlando places that feels completely immune to trends. Walking in feels like stepping into a different era. The checkered tablecloths, old-school dining room, lounge atmosphere, and decades of history immediately make it clear that this place was around long before most of Orlando’s “hot new spots” and will probably still be here long after they’re gone. The steaks are the star for a reason. No unnecessary theatrics, no tableside smoke show, no attempt to reinvent steakhouse culture. Just quality cuts cooked properly and served by people who seem to understand exactly why customers keep coming back. What stood out most was the feeling that you’re participating in a piece of Orlando history. You look around the room and get the sense that some families have been celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, and milestones here for generations. In a city that changes constantly, Linda’s feels like proof that some things don’t need updating. Great steak, strong drinks, familiar atmosphere, and nearly 80 years of doing things their way. That’s worth supporting.

We have come here for family celebrations for many years. Still amazing food, amazing steaks.

Finally tried out this place after so many recommendations from friends and I can easily say it doesn't disappoint. The atmosphere is fine, tables and booths are ok but what I'm really here for is the food. I ordered a NY Strip medium with extra seasoning and it came out perfectly! The char was soooo nice and the flavor was spot on. Just so juicy and evenly done medium across the steak. I'm now sure this is the Best Steak in Orlando. The sides are good as we had mushrooms and even did an appetizer platter which came with fried mushrooms and cheese sticks and a fried onion peddel. It's all good and the price is perfect for it but the steak was the real show stopper for me. I would easily recommend this place if you want a fantastic steak night without breaking the bank.

I can see why Linda's La Cantina has such a loyal following — hands down one of the best steaks I’ve had! The food was absolutely worth the hype. Just a heads up: this place stays busy, so I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. Definitely worth planning ahead for.
