Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Both measures on this page are strong, which is less common than it sounds. Reviews mentioning service average 3.9 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it. Pacing follows at 29% of reviews, where ratings average 4.4.
Of the 17 rated reviews, 14 sit at four stars or better and 2 at two or below. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (14 reviews). Behind those, plate size is raised in 18% of reviews (4.3 average).
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (92/100), with 1 intermediate and 5 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. DBPR last walked in on February 11, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is downward over the records we hold. That puts it ahead of 49% of graded kitchens in Orange County. The citations behind that grade include food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized and nonfood-contact surfaces clean.
Both measures agree, which is the least complicated version of this page. Read the originals below and judge the pattern yourself.

We took a large group and our server, George, did an outstanding job. Our steaks were awesome as well. All around a great experience

As much as I hate to be this person but my family and I went to celebrate fathers day. We had no issue waiting 2 hours for our table. Then it took the servers about 30 minutes to take out orders (no biggie, we were a party of 18). Then once we ordered, we waited 1.5 hours for our food. Not only did we wait 1.5 hrs for our food but our food was either missing or burnt. We got half a pack of ribs and BURNT. The manager had to come take the plate and get us a fresh rack. Not only that, we had other issues and Juliana (who is not our server) started talking crap about my family. Which is not very kind nor great customer service. One of our servers, Emily had an attitude all night long, she was theowing plates around, rolling eyes and giving my family attitude. She even spilled a whole ranch sauce on the table from throwing the plate. I expressed to the manager the uncomfortability my family experienced & she said she would discuss with her team. Our other server was Amanda, she was great, no attitude, cery attemptive and aware of our needs (drink wise). In total we were there for 4.5 hours, which we spents 4 hrs waiting. I understand we were a big party but our orders were simple/clear and Amanda was great. As much as my family loves to go to longhorn, we will not be returning to this location. No harm or anger towards amanda, but Emily & Juliana, your customer service was BAD & I used to be a server and I know customer satisfaction is #1 priority and you didnt have either.…

Great food, lovely ambiance, good service
-
This place was great, the steak was so good and tender, the service was super friendly. I've heard that out of the 2 longhorn locations in Orlando, this is the one you need to go to. I look forward to visiting again next time I'm in Orlando.

Steaks at this restaurant are always great.

We came in as a large party close to closing time. The accommodated us with no problem. That kind gesture was much appreciated

We Love Longhorn steakhouse, but we were disappointed this time. Celebrating a birthday, my filet came out of the kitchen barely warm. Portions are much smaller and service was sub par.

Parada obrigatória para qualquer visitante. Não tenha pressa em pedir e aproveite o ambiente.

George is an absolute ROCKSTAR! He is quick on his feet and super pleasant!! Shoutout to his sidekick, the host, for being helpful. They seem to have a great thing going on. Kudos for handling a busy evening and a couple of tired newlyweds!

Garlic lime chicken was really good!
-
My only regret was, no lamb chops😔

Holy mother of salt. 2 hours later and it still tastes like I swam through the dead sea. Mushrooms were salty, steak was salty, fries were salty. Service was great but whoever was on salt duty was trippin tonight. $200 for the saltiest meal of my life. Even I am salty

Everything was excellent. Ribeye was the best steak I was ever have. İ am certainly a fan of longhorn from now on.
