Consensus here is lukewarm rather than hostile. Reviews mentioning service average 3.1 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it.
13 of 26 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 6 are two or lower. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (9 reviews).
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (96/100), with 1 intermediate and 1 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. DBPR last walked in on January 28, 2026. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 66% of the restaurants we score. The citations behind that grade include food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.
The honest summary is that the evidence is mixed on both sides. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

Ordered a jumbo slice pizza $17.99 and it was literally a normal slice of pizza. But nevermind, we thought we'd have a dessert. Ordered 1 cannoli each. They all came on the same plate - had to eat off serviettes! Plus one had nuts which was placed in the middle of the other ones so all touching. Not great considering one of the party can't eat nuts!

The Lady didn’t wash the salad. She took the salad out of the bag and put it in the salad bowl. That is unacceptable.

The food was alright the garlic knots were good for the price $5 the other food was okay atmosphere was not very nice. The staff was misleading on the kids meal they said you get pasta, apple sauce. I bought some though and they were great.

Worst service ! Staffs are Not friendly at all!!!

Louis Italian restaurant Louie's Italian restaurant is a fun little stop here in Universal Studios Florida. They offer different varieties of pasta. I chose spaghetti and meatballs today and it was actually pretty dead gum good.
-
This was our best Universal food experience in 3 parks and a resort. The pizza crust is incredible and the pizza is delicious and among the most affordable meals at Universal.

🔝
-
You expect to overpay for food at the parks so that's not an issue, but at least make the pizza taste better than frozen pizza half baked. That is all
-
pizza was gross and also probably the most expensive pizza i’ve ever bought in my life

Louie's is primarily a pizza place, but they do have a small number of basic Italian entrees. That said, the pizza was pretty good, but all of the other food was mediocre at best. I can't say I was expecting anything great with pasta in a theme park, but it definitely didn't meet my expectations. If you're looking for pizza it's worth checking out, but otherwise I would pass. As for the restaurant itself, seating is fairly limited especially considering how busy this place can get during peak meal times. Also, remember they do accept mobile orders here to save time.

A fun, very enjoyable theme park pizza place, while rest of menu may not be incredibly interesting, the pizza and also the themed spaghetti and meatball pizza they had during Halloween is great! Good service and some good Brooklyn Brewery beers on tap.
-
The food is too greasy. Maybe my expectations are too high but I was thinking that the restaurants should be part of the experience as well. So, in an Italian restaurant I'm expecting to eat a véritable Italian food.
-
Really good food. Pizza with basic Caesar salad is 20. The ice cream with afogoto
-
Food was very expensive. Staff looked very bored and uninterested in their duties or customers. But the ravioli tasted alright. Would not recommend to the average consumer.

best food i’ve ever had

Came here after Megacon on Friday 3/20 for the after hours private event. I have a few food issues and gluten is one. So is basil. Asked about a gluten free pasta option, the manager, Gabe, came out of the kitchen and we talked about a couple dishes I could possibly have based on my restrictions. I was like "I know, I love Italian but basil doesn't love me." Anyway he checked with the kitchen, came back out, and we decided I could do GF penne, a garlic cream sauce, and chicken. Basically chicken Alfredo but no cheese in the sauce. The chicken had a kick to it because of how it was seasoned. The dish was great, honestly. I finished the whole thing. Would come back here again for sure.

Todo excelente

If you want to eat good pizza freshly cooked daily this is the place to come

I think this is one of the cheapest meals in the park. Pizza is okay-definitely park food! Very fast. Easy to grab and go. There was no wait. Lots of tables were free. There was outside seating. Inside tip: save some money by not getting the salad.

The spaghetti was weak. Salad was all Cobb.
-
Bardzo średnio , mało ma wspólnego z klimatem Włoch a bardziej z barem szybkiej obsługi
-
Solo la pasta recomendable
-
The food here was good, especially the Caesar chicken salad. The staff were friendly and helpful.
-
Very mediocre. The system in place is not optimized and they scan your cups so you can’t refill which is insane with the markup costs they get on soda. And ours didn’t fill up all the way and wouldn’t let us add the rest later. Skip this unless you have to eat here.

terrible employees and over priced
