Don't give out accurate orders and I always have to go back in for sauces. The staff rushes you to order in the drive thru as well.

How is it possible that you buy a meal and they want to sell it to you without soda because they don't have an alternative for the customer? The customer service is horrible, the food is cold, the tables are all dirty. I will never buy here again.

Do NOT EAT HERE! I’ve never been so disgusted in my entire life. A dead roach was fried with the fries. On 4/17/26 around 10:45pm

The McDonalds app wasn’t working but it took my points but I called and spoke to a manager & she was very nice about it & still help me redeem the sandwich & I just wanted to say thank you for the customer service and patience 💗

Very nice employees, it’s frustrating to pick up orders like the current K-pop meal and get home to realize they didn’t give any of the sauces, or the ramen powder for the fries. Twice in a row now.

Expect to wait 15-20+ minutes for you food. Then, expect that food to be over cooked from sitting in the warming tray too long.
