These people couldn't get it together if they had somebody moving their hands for them. We had to switch drive-thru lanes because she completely forgot about us on one of them no matter how much we try to get ahold of her. Before we were asked to pull over to the side and wait for our food, we asked for dipping sauce. She said she would do it. Brings the food to the car, of course there's no dipping sauce so I had to go back inside. As I waited at the counter the manager looked at me for a few seconds and looked back and kept doing what she was doing. No nothing. Then one of the workers looked at me and just stared. I asked her for the dipping sauce she turned around grab one slapped it in my hand and walked away. This is why they work there.

Nice staff and fresh food very clean

I made a mobile order. Everything was fine until I got to the pick up window @ 9:42 amThe young lady made me my food. As I was checking the bag, she asked “am I waiting on something?” I said “yea, my drinks.” I then told her I didn’t get the extra hash brown I paid for. Instead of checking the bag herself, she asks the lady who was expediting, “did you put 3 hash browns in the bag?” The other lady said “yes.” So she tells me “it is in there.” I then told her “yall don’t have to give me free food. But yall gonna give me what I paid for or give me a refund.” She then walks off. Another lady had to stop what did was doing and give me other items because of her just walking off.

There service is horrible they are so rude and they were trying to charge me for sauces.

When walking into the restaurant you never get a greeting from the employees. If you want to pay at the register you will stand there more than 5 minutes waiting for someone to come and take your order. Employees there are very rude and unhappy to be there working.

I've been here twice in the last week. They absolutely refuse to put any salt on the fries. Not even one grain. Have you ever had fries with 0 salt? They taste terrible. How hard is it to shake some salt onto the fries???

Drive thru is terrible and not organized at all, we waited while the second lane took 3 orders first arrived at window had to wait again for check out, if you have to take a bathroom break, someone should fill in! Maybe a manager or supervisor @!

Worst food ever it's straight poison

I do doordash and this is the worst store I've ever been to. Example: today for one two item order I've been sitting here 15 minutes past pickup time, ignored most of that and two employees literally walked away when I tried to get their attention. Shame on you people.

I always look forward to my morning Tyegeyara is in the window . I always look forward to her beautiful smile. She always helpful and polite. And the food is hot and always ready.

Horrible. how is there an onion on my sausage sandwich. Not to mention what got splashed on the wrapper. And I actually took a bite ugh!!!

I have ordered from this restaurant a couple of times before through Uber Eats and it doesn’t fail, something is always done wrong or missing. This week I had to order 2 times from here because the restaurant I usually order from was not available. The first time, whoever packed the order forgot to put straws, everything seemed to be just thrown in the bag and the food was cold. I ordered today, and again, no straws, the food was even colder and soggy, I had to re-heat everything which made it worse. As a bonus, they gave me a cherry coke flavor (or whatever that awful taste was) instead of a regular coke. I usually order during late night, like today around 1:20am which I get it, its late, but it shouldn’t be a reason for the food not to be fresh and to be prepared wrong and carelessly. I’m not planning on buying from here again but Management, if you care about your Customers, you need to look into how the night shift is performing and correct the issues cause you will lose more Customers and get worse reviews.
